Service definitely sucks… trying a new place. Good impression in the beginning. But I waited to be shown the menu, no body did. Tried to get the attention of one of the servers. They pretended wasn’t there. Very unfriendly environment for new customers.

Great communication! I ordered delivery and got gluten free chicken salad BLT with fries. I have an allergy.They called me to inform me about the fries being sprinkled with flour and provided a substitute for me. I really appreciate that, most people would not have called. Food is yummy here, it’s homey and comforting.

My Fiancée and I just drove here from Flushing, Queens and had a PERFECT breakfast. I had french toast with eggs and bacon. She had a irish eggs benedict. Both exceed expectations. The sevice is also warm and welcoming.

Sadly I ordered an omelet with fettuccine and spinach and paid a considerable amount extra for spinach and it was not included in our DoorDash order. Nor did it have a receipt attached to confirm the order. Will not be ordering from them again. Thanks, but no thanks.

I drive out to the reservations once a month and after I get what I need, I hit up Jimmy's diner for the best breakfast served anywhere on long island. The place is small and always packed when im there. The food is the freshest I've ever had at any other diner. The people who work there are exceptionally friendly and the service is quick. I enjoy the atmosphere as well. And compared to other diners I've been to, they are the least expensive as well. I highly recommend Jimmy's.
