We used By Hand for our wedding and it was by far our best decision! Adam and Liz are wonderful to work with and our guests are still raving about the food! They went above and beyond and we could not be happier! Highly recommend working with them for any event.

We used By Hand catering for a massive 3 day corporate event on the North Fork. I cannot thank Liz, Adam, and the team enough for the excellent service and high quality food over the entire event. It was a 300 person event with 3 meals a day plus their food truck and no detail fell to the wayside. Everything was top notch. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I booked My husband and I are both vegetarian and it was important to us to have a vegetarian wedding (we ended up having a fish option but that’s neither here nor there). By Hand was one of 2 caterers we spoke with that seemed confident and excited to do a vegetarian wedding. We went with them because their pricing was more affordable. A lot of these caterers wanted you to rent plates, linens and even stoves/ovens for them! With By Hand we only had to rent linens. Communication was fair, there were a lot of times I wouldn’t get an answer and would have to follow up. The food at our tasting was DELICIOUS. However, day of it was just good. The quality seemed to slip, but I guess that could be expected when you’re cooking for 2 people vs 100. The biggest issue was that dinner took FOREVER. Still unsure why, but service went on way longer than it should have. One side of the tent, so 5 out of the 10 tables were done eating before the other side had even gotten their food. It really disrupted the flow of the night.
