I’ve passed by this place many times and never gave it the time of day nor did I know it was this good! They have a pre-made menu with a lot of pizza choices to choose from, but no slices only pies. Freshly made with a wood stove in about 8 minutes, that wood stove definitely adds a unique flavor. I’ve had plenty of places in Brooklyn such as L&B’s (famous pizza spot) but Pizza Rita is definitely up on my list for best pizzerias especially in mattituck. A little pricey but it’s well worth it. I recommend giving them a try and see for yourself. Good atmosphere with a very kind owner.

so happy we made it to this little spot for lunch. chef is very nice and the food is excellent. unique pies from a wood fired oven. low on atmosphere but made up for in a big way with flavor and charm. no slices - only pies - good for 2 or order one each

This place is just awesome!!!! The pizza is beautiful and tastes delicious! The guy behind the counter is sweaty and always looks tired but his pizza speaks for him!!! He is proud and an artist! I only make it out here a few times a year but I ALWAYS STOP TO EAT HERE!!!! I wish I could eat his pizza in Queens!!

This place has the BEST pizza. They don't do slices, just whole pies but they are smaller; perfect for 2 people. Made fresh and done in 10 minutes and TOTALLY worth it.

Heard from a friend about this pizza place so I decided to go try it . I walked in the door and was nicely greeted by the owner. I got a margarita pie it was delicious. I will definitely be back !
At first was a little disappointed that I couldn’t get my standard toppings as they do not make custom pies. However we ordered 2 of the selections they offered and they were both fantastic! Way past our expectations and look forward to enjoying their creation again the next time we’re out this way!

Pizza was not good It was okay. The price for a small pie is ridiculous. They do not sell by the slice And it taste burnt. Sorry but these people leaving reviews saying this pizza is good haven’t tried a real pizza yet. Come to Brooklyn and you’ll find the best pizza or in the city. Sorry.

I moved out to the East End from San Diego where there is a huge, thriving Italian community and I visit family in Italy often. I can say, without a doubt, that Pizza Rita consistently has the best pizza I have found anywhere.

Pizza Rita is the Northforks best! The freshest ingredients cooked to perfection in their self made brick oven give this Pizza peak flavor and the perfect chew. The meatballs are super light and flavorful . The perfect Combination for a Sunday night or any night! Thank you zipizape Rita!
