Went there Saturday. Myself and one other patron in the place. I order an Americano. Easy right? 17 minutes later (zero exaggeration) and still don't have my coffee. At nearly 20 minutes I ask for money back and leave. It seems that the people who sit in their cars and order on the phones take priority over a patron standing at the counter. I don't know if this is corporate policy or what but its ridiculous. The staff was hustling but again just filling phone orders. There's lots of great coffee shops locally here I have zero reason ever to return. Starbucks is a sinking ship, jump off now.

Yess running late on this review but definitely worth the wait lol the store it self is fresh and clean and the staff are amazing and great you with a wonderful smile thank y’all for that but their one employee in particular for me and that’s kaiya T, when I say you made the best frozen strawberry açaí lemonade I ever had, and I did’t fill like I wasted my money cause that drink their everyone can’t do but they tried. Kaiya the texture was the right consistency, and the way she whip that up and had dem flavors flowing together shout out to you. Starbucks y’all better appreciate her for Dunkin’ Donuts try and recruit her lol I would say by far the best Starbucks in Suffolk County ?️
Vegetarian options: I eat meat so I couldn’t really say but call first they have something on the menu for the vegetarians

I love this Starbucks (good location too). One employee never smiles but he makes great drinks so I’ll let that go. Everyone is good at what they do and seem happy to be at work. They all make a welcoming environment. The drinks are decent, could be more generous with the ingredients. Add a scoop of matcha sometimes.
