Loveland cheese shop is always great. The cheeses are amazing. This time the shop looked like it had downsized their products and cheeses. Still found cheeses to buy. We come three times a year. The staff are always amazing.
Previously, you could eat cheese fondue and raclette here. Now we only sell cheese. disappointing! There are many types of cheese. *We learned from the reply from the restaurant that the cheese fondue is still available.
I always enjoy the Village Cheese Shop. Wonderful selection of fine cheeses and friendly knowledge staff. They are always patient with helping my wife and I select the right cheese. We usually end up leaving with something with truffles.
I have been a loyal customer for many years. The past several months I’ve been surprised with your poor service. I stopped by a few weeks ago at 4:58 and the door was locked with employees inside looking at me. Tonight I made a point of stopping by earlier in case the employees wanted to run out of there before the 5 o’clock closing time. Unfortunately for me, it was 4:40 PM the doors were locked and the sign was on the door. I saw an employee in the background. I love your cheese selection, but I’m wondering if you want to sell cheese and make money with me buying cheese from you. .
A great store with a large variety of quality cheeses + friendly & knowledgeable staff.???
Wonderful shop! Curated lovely gift baskets and handled all of the shipping details seamlessly…top it off with a fondue treat for yourself and it’s a perfect way to manage your holiday gift giving. There’s much to love in this little gem on Love Lane! Make a plan to stop by often - it’s a treat for yourself, and others.
Great cheese choices of excellent variety cheeses. Great fondu. Awesome pate
Quaint and bustling shop with a great selection of cheese. You can also get fondue here, which is delicious! The owners are really friendly and super attentive!
Great cheese shop! Workers are so knowledgeable and helpful too!
While The Village Cheese Shop has some really nice cheese, with the exception of 2-3 local NY cheeses, every other cheese was imported and those cheeses were from Europe. I truly enjoy European cheese, but the North Fork, upstate, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding states have some amazing cheese which I was hoping that I would find at this store. It's a small store and there were 10+ people when we visited. Nice store, but we were also essentially ignored until I discovered there were no local cheeses and decided to leave at which point they tried to engage us. I'm sure that you will enjoy this store if you're looking for nice imported cheeses from Europe, but I would check out the farms and farmstands if you're searching for local cheese.

Worth the trip.
Expensive but excellent service.
Great variety of cheeses and the staff is very friendly.
Both owner and staff were very friendly and informative. I will definitely go back in the future. Despite being busy during the holiday they were quick and efficient.
