Well, I have had nothing but problems with my bk app, and gift cards that I was told to upload on bk app, it's a hit and miss almost every time... here at this bk, the lady who served me was so nice, and had the patience to try and help however it would not work, I tried to add other cards to pay and would not work, she helped me with our meal and was so pleasant and helpful even though we didn't get app figured out she was awesome, there should be more people in the industry of service like you... I had to ask other workers your name so I can mention it here for bk management and everyone else to see thank you... you made my day Amelia... I hope you are shown appreciation for it at work...

Bathrooms are dirty so is the tables and the counter up front of register has so much dirt if it was a white glove test the glove would be black no reason it can't be cleaned very gross
When i walked in at 10:47 the cashier was essentially laying across the counter playing on her phone. When she decided to ask for my order i gave it. She told me the total, I went to give her the only bill I had, a fifty, and she said we just opened I can't break that. Her tone was rude and they did open almost an hour before that. I just said ok and walked out. I won't go back.

I had an amazing experience at Burger King! The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better. The restaurant was spotless, which really stood out and made the atmosphere pleasant. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
