Can tell you right now, if you get the younger girl who sounds absolutely miserable taking your order, make sure you check it! Last few times I have taken my kiddo here for a special treat, if they are out of the munchkins or donuts you order, she will just throw whatever in the bag, hand it to you and shut the window. The will get annoyed when you sit there because she forgot the rest of your order. This has happened multiple times. Don’t just throw whatever in the bag. Ask people and offer an alternative. People don’t want to waste their money on something they don’t like let alone didn’t order!

This is quite literally the worst dunkin’ donuts around everytime I go they get something wrong. I just went and ordered two everything bagels extra toasted, got home opened the bags and my bagel was straight dough not cooked at all I went back to get them redone got two new bagels and the same thing happened. I was not going back for a third time and now i’m out $15. I have said multiple times I won’t go back but now I really am not I will drive the extra 5 mins to the clifton park dunkin’ donuts.

My friend ordered a strawberry donut and they gave her a chocolate donut. She got the dough and the bag got all the toppings. I’m really not sure how that even happened or why the donut was so warm in the store for that to happen.

Why can't DD make a hash brown that is crisp?! Who thought microwaving a stuck together clump is a good idea @ over $2 for 5 supposed medallions? Similarly toasting the bagel when requested shouldn't be a challenge. Listen, I know it is DD, so expectations are relative, but this is your wheelhouse DD. Everyone should know the offerings 'limitations'...but execution of what they SHOULD be is just that...execution excellence. I don't think anyone ordering would be upset if the order takes 30 secs more if it came with an apology and an explanation that you simply wanted to 'do it to expectation'! We still love you DD...juat tighten up the execution and empower managers to do it right...even if it means a redo or a minimal delay!

I arrived and I was waiting 15 minutes to order and absolutely no one saw me or even they said something I don’t know if the staff is racist since I’m Muslim I hope you do something with the attitude of these guys.

I ordered in the morning and it seemed as if they didn’t rinse out the dishes after they were cleaned. Hash browns taste like the soap they use to clean with it.

I don’t know why I bother coming here anymore. They are ALWAYS out of certain donuts. You’d think that after numerous complaints of them being out by 11am that they would ship in more. Nope. Today was was my last day give patronage to this location. Not only did you not make a sale being short on inventory, now you have lost all sales from our entire family which consists of drinks, sandwiches, and other menu items. Nice work Mechanicville.
