doesn't clean their coffee pots or dairy machines, touches inside of cups of bare hands, no employee hand washing, uncaring and unfocused, drive thru takes forever, going through employees quickly, can't make food correctly, unfair work environment, mediocre management. just to name a few

Second, watery iced coffee in a row I've received from Dunkin' Donuts, and it was two different locations. Their new slogan should be "Dunkin' Disappoints." Other than donut runs for my son, time to switch to Stewart's and Cumberland Farms for good. Those two are cheaper anyway...
Second time I used the app for a Mobile order for this location. Second time the order was missing items and some incorrect. I’ve never had a problem with any other Dunkin using the app.check your orders every time. I will not be using it here anymore

Got a few donuts today, I was very excited for a Boston cream donut cause I haven’t had one in a while, I’ve been into it in the bottom on the dough was extremely raw, I was very disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy Boston cream donut because almost the entire donut was raw, looked almost straight out of the mixer, very disappointed. I tried to call to explain my situation, no call back, no answer to my voicemail.

It was in the middle of the afternoon, and they only had a few Donuts left. And they just had them sitting on top of the counter not even in a display case. I wanted to try the chocolate caramel cold brew but they didn't have any cold brew, so they had to use plain ice coffee. This was not Dunkin Donuts anywhere near their best. Not a great experience.

When you want to sit in line for 20 minutes and when you finally get your order and pull away from the window, just to find out they made everything wrong and coffee made wrong and all they have to say is ooops I'm sorry. I'll remake it and take another 20 minutes
