Ordered through Uber Eats. Food was delicious and made just as requested. Arrived to pick up and food was ready and packaged properly and kept the food warm for the 15 minute ride back to work. Will be back again!

Forget all the bad reviews on here! This place is awesome, ordered an our place burger, 2 fries, open face turkey and grilled cheese. Got the food nice and warm, Mike was super polite both in person and on the phone. Also should note the prices are unbeatable. Definitely ordering again soon!

There was a horrible smell right as I walked in. I couldn't place it, but it destroyed my appetite. The owner was rude and abrasive. The band was pretty good, but it doesn't make up for the owner's attitude and whatever that disgusting smell was. Zero customer service skills.

They just delivered to me a grocery store frozen microwave pizza... This is the least appetizing pizza I have ever laid eyes on. The wings are good. Issues with timely delivery have nothing to do with this poor review, driver was great.

While I'm not sure your reply can be considered polite or helpful, you are also incorrect. I have been to your establishment before. That said, I don't recall a negative experience, but nor do I recall providing a rating. More than likely, it was a mistake while using the maps app. If that is what your replying to I will go so far as to apologise for the erroneous rating. I know of no reason to not increase the rating to a more positive one, as I'm not sure I can remove it. All that aside, try reaching out to those who provide rating and striking up a dialogue, rather than a generic and not always accurate reply. If there's a real rating given that's poor, ask in a private discussion for more details and how you can remedy the situation and make up for what I'm sure would be an unfortunate one-off. This is good customer service 101. I hope it helps, y'all. Have a great week and I hope to stop in again sometime soon, especially as I now live close by.

We called Saturday around 6pm to see if they were having karaoke tonight and when it would start. They told us "yes and in about 45 minutes." Website says they are open really late so that sounded worth the drive.

Kinda small and mostly used for special events, but they have a pool table, karaoke, and very good food. The owner was very nice and very friendly.
