Well where do I start first I was charged 35 dollars when I had a coupon for 2 for 12.99 I was then charged for double meat which I didn’t have then was charged for a meal I didn’t have or even ask for the worker Chris was rude hair not pulled back on the phone while making food very unprofessional I asked for a refund he refused

DO NOT order that thing they call a Pretzel.It is in no way shape or form a pretzel,nor tastes or looks like one.It is some horrid piece of bread like thing with salt stuck on it.It has the worst aftertaste.Three of us spit it out instantly.Its advertised as Auntie Anne's and tastes NOTHING like it and they don't have any sweet dip to mask the horrible taste.Yuck.

It's very rare nowadays to meet someone who actually takes pride in their job. Emily went above and beyond with service. Based solely on the way I was treated upon walking in... I would definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family.

I decided to swing in for lunch and the 2 young ladies behind the counter were very friendly and quick to grab my order. I was pretty pleased with the service but when I sat down the eat I got to see how unsanitary this location was. I felt like my hands are sticky after using the soda fountain and sitting at a table. I then noticed the window sill was covered with dead bugs,dirt, and even bees flying around. This place needs a good deep clean and someone to wipe down the tables.

Visited this shop on the evening of 9/19 and a customer in front of me was being very abusive towards the staff. I am impressed at how well the two employees handled the situation and continued to provide great service!

The store canceled my order that I was supposed to pick up at 8 when they supposed to close at 9 didn't realize they canceled my order and still charged my account poor business model why have hours if you are gonna close early

Subs are subs - to be honest I prefer DiBella's in Latham. What brings me back here over and over is the service. I generally come in around noon on weekday to pick up a phoned in order. The young lady on the register (short, probably late 20s, in case the owner wants to give a raise to the right person :) is a great example of someone that appears to love her job and truly enjoy helping customers. She is accurate in order taking, makes sure that what was ordered is what is in the bag, and is a great conversationalist. Friendly, professional, upbeat. The owner should be glad she works there as she does a superb job of representing his business.
