I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I go to school across the street and I overheard a lot of people saying that people have gotten food poisoning from this place. I figured let me give it a try because people like to talk. I went there the first time I waited 30 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. okay I understand I work in a restaurant but then the next day I order a sand which with turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I start eating it and it went extremely bad!! I was trying so hard not to throw up in my mouth. NEVER AGAIN never waisting my money on this place. The staff is unbelievably rude especially this guy with glasses. you would think they would shape up due to all the bad reviews and quality of food.

First I would like to say this: This deli used to be the best deli ever then the customer service and quality of the food went downhill super fast. Our office took a long break from ordering from this location cause of the delivery times, food quality and not receiving what we ordered correctly. So we ordered today to give this place one more shot and we asked to change of couple of things on the paninis and i had asked the guy taking the order repeat the order so we can make sure everything was going to be right when it was delivered. When we received our food it was nothing what we ordered, when we called the deli back, we spoke to the owner Dave. He basically told me that he wasn't going to make us new panini's to grab the old ones from us cause it's waste of his time and money but he can give us a credit but I explained to the owner that we weren't going to be ordering from them again cause every time we ordered something is messed up if he could just credit us just for the 2 panini's since you won't it right for us, he said I heard it before from your office and before I could explain that we are big office, he hung up on me. So I called back and I tried to explain again that I just wanted to refund for the paninis since he wont make it right for us and he goes you always complain about something with us. I said I'm sorry but we are big office so you probably talked to my other co worker.s He said I'm sorry I'm not wasting my time arguing with you stupid b****! Please tell if you would pay 12 bucks plus tip for this! ALLL THIS BECAUSE WE ASKED FOR RIGHT SANDWICHES. UNREAL AND SAD AT THIS POINT!

Calling a customer a "stupid b**ch" is absolutely unacceptable. The owner needs to direct his attention to his staff taking correct orders and making orders correctly. Food has been lacking quality and things are consistently missing. As an owner, you should rectify the issue instead of acting like an animal over the phone. Treat your customers with respect and not profanities.

I want to give NO stars! The constant missing items and the messed up sandwiches is UNREAL! The owner called my coworker a bitch and hung up on her !!!! I will be disputing my charge as I'm not paying 12 dollars for a hott mess of a sandwich ! And to the owner GROW UP and find a new business adventure !

This deli is awful they recently are under new management and it’s horrible managed. There raised their prices everything is up at least $2 and their sandwich’s are very very very skimpy for the price they are charging.The owner stands outside and smokes cigarettes all day long. They are very rude and unprofessional. This is Long Island there are dozens of delis on every corner, if you see this one keep driving to the next one because you’ll get better food and service!

Mozz/Tomato/Pesto Panini I ordered was alright. Overpriced for its size. Well made but the mozz cheese smelled off-putting. Next time I'll ask them to smell it before they give it out to make sure it isn't spoiled again. Unfortunately what I got was inedible to me because I'm pregnant and can't risk getting sick from expired cheese.Don't have much complaints about the service though, they were all pretty nice. Only thing is them hanging up on me after keeping me on hold for 5 minutes. Called back and the guy was pleasant on the phone. Made it there after they told me it'll be 15 minutes. Dude at the front took my name, made a funny joke then must've forgotten about me, and didn't let anyone know I was there to pick-up because I waited an additional 10 minutes.Not going to knock their coleslaw because it was the best one I've had. Dude from the kitchen was very sweet though and the stars above reflect him and the coleslaw the most.

I get here all the time for work. It use to be pretty good but owners changed and it's going down hill. Chicken salad now has the consistency of tuna fish. Too over mixed and just not good at all! The steak in the salad use to be delish now it's dry, rubber and just not good at all! And I asked for blue cheese dressing and they said they didn't have it. Chicken health salad has way too many peppers in it now. Hopefully the new owners will get better otherwise my work place has to find a new deli asap!
We went for Valentine's dinner and the atmosphere was pleasant yet the food was not so much. The pizza is out of this world but the pasta stuffed shells were moderate. I expected more flavor

This place was recommended by a friend for their catering, so I gave them a shot for my daughter's birthday party and was very happy that I did. Their food was the highlight of the party and will definitely be at my future parties. The guys were also putting in such an effort to make sure that we were completely satisfied with everything in our order, it's hard to find people who care this much nowadays.

I come in here everyday for food, and constantly being charged different prices for the same thing, not to mention the guy behind the counter with glasses was extremely rude to me yesterday because I came in right after ordering over the phone, although I told him please not to rush, that I was going to have a seat and hang out for a few anyway. He then proceeded to try to make me feel bad and goes "Didn't you JUST call? now the cooks are yelling at me". Also, last week I ordered mozzarella sticks and the marinara sauce they gave me definitely went bad. I called to tell them that it was no good, and they asked me if I wanted more instead of a refund. Very rude service, and the food sucks honestly. Wont ever be going here again.

Very pleasant welcoming staff. The menu is great and daily specials every day. I had a delicious fruit smoothie sugar free, vegan and no HMO! The breakfast was great! I will definitely be back!!
