Quality has degraded this year. Contents of sandwich are sparse, but the price is up there. $6 gets you about 1/4 pound of bacon in riverhead, but $10 or so here gets the following picture.
Not to foeget they missed salt, pepper, and ketchup on my sandwich multiple days in a row.
Just a shame. Hope they get it together.

Don’t even eat at this overpriced trash bucket. I’ve given a lot of chances but this time I was not letting up. I mobile ordered and apparently it was for no reason bc they didn’t even follow the order instructions and right when I open my sandwich there was a hair in it. I call and ask for new bagels because one of the instructions was “SPK” I get back the second round of bagels with a literal drop of ketchup like they were playing with me. I wish I took a pic of the ketchup they put on there. I immediately got a refund bc $7 for a bagel and it’s prepared like that? Trash.

The BAGELS ARE DELICIOUS! But I am outrageously unsatisfied with my last two orders… my recent $40 order for 4 egg sandwiches WAS Cold and just thrown together. AT FIRST I was UNABLE EVEN TO place my order!?! I TRIED through the phone but it was automated & I was texted a link in which I could not fulfill the order as I wanted. It. So I gave in & just went down there instead. At first, I was ignored as the man next to me, was asked if he was being helped!?! 😧 When I got home to eat my sandwich, it was cold and the cheeses were NOT melted : ( It appeared to be thrown on perhaps last minute?!? ALL THE SANDWICHES were cold and I was only there for 10 minutes or less. My prior order was all wrong. I requested egg sandwiches once again on rolls and they all came on Bagels!?! When you’re trying to eat with dental problems. It’s not easy to chew a bagel hence the request for rolls. THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE THE OPTION TO SELECT ROLLS for the sandwich!?!? Everyone was very nice and again the food is good, but I hate to spend all that money and not get the quality of the money I’m spending!!! They definitely make me want to be LESS LAZIER & just make it myself… I JUST checked out the Stop & Shop app and I could’ve made it myself for $30! So Thank you for making me step up my game, SAVE MONEY & EAT BETTER!

I was just there & paid 17 dollars for an egg sandwich & juice they were all scrambling around as if the place was packed with a line of 4 people never again 👎🏼 they placed my sandwich on the counter & when asked if it was mine I got “ I guess “ avoid this scam of a place

They have a full vegan menu… one of the only breakfast places I have encountered on Long Island , vegan eggs, vegan cheeses, vegan meats. The prices are affordable too. Right next to the DMV so lots of parking

I had ordered over the phone for a BEC and a SEC. The guy who took my order was extremely rude, being very curt and short while cutting me off and hanging up on me before I finished speaking. The food was also not worth the price, as the bacon in the bec tasted like card board and the cheese in both of the sandwiches tasted like plastic and gross the bagels themselves were pretty good, just everything else in the sandwich did not meet our expectations

Older lady has a bad attitude over a little misunderstanding about me wanting scallion cream cheese instead of regular on a toasted bagel, I got bad vibes off her while i ordered and walked out when 2 people got there food that ordered after me. Everyone has bad days but that wasnt cool

Unfortunately got shorted bagels on last order. Called the store for help and got hung up on by the answering service during business hours. No Bueno.
I ordered a BLT, but the bacon was cold and hard, which made the sandwich pretty unappetizing. It would’ve been much better if the bacon was freshly cooked and crispy. On a positive note, their iced coffee was actually pretty good. Just wish the food matched the quality of the drinks.

$15 for ONE single chicken cutlet on a roll is absurd. Some businesses struggle bc of the economy, and some use it as an excuse to gauge their customers. Always felt this place was over priced but now I’m never coming back
