I can't go lower than 1 star, but I'm not sure I have to. My only complaint is that I showed up there at 7 PM on a Saturday night and found all of their doors locked and whoever was inside was unresponsive. Closing 2 hours before listed hours? Wow.

It's okay ?. They try shifting between the drive thru and counter customers best they can, I suppose.
We went in for a birthday cone for my son, associate did a great job making our cones and coffee
I just got home after buying ice cream. I literally live 2 blocks from the store My ice cream is all melted. It’s like soup. This place is terrible
They have many flavors of hard ice cream which I like however it did not seem like they had good control over the entire service of what you think would be simple.
I called to ask about having a cake made and I was told that I would have to wait for the manager to show up because they didn't know what kind of cake flavors they had available. I found that very strange. So I called back and had them go through the types of cakes they had and it was kind of hard to understand the person on the phone. Not only that but it's impossible to get someone to answer the phone. The phone will ring and ring and no one will answer. Do not order from this place.
We went over a cake order 4 x times and they messed it up!!! Simple order that was wrong.

Iced coffee with caramel is great for a sweet tooth, while getting your caffeine fix and cooling off on a hot day.
I've must have left the drive threw line a dozen times. If there is no line there's still a wait. This DD sux!
