Customer service is terrible. Girl at the front rather answer a phone call then attend to the 5 people waiting in line. I use to work in pizzerias and i wanted to do her job for her so bad absolutely trash. Pizza is fine but the customer service terrible.

Big Surprise here! Long Island is the home of a million crappy pizza places....but NOT this place. A hidden gem in plain sight. Unassuming. But some really good pizza with great sauce. The best Sicilian slice in the area too.

I've been here a few times now. Great pizza, grinders, and lovely people working there. The pizza is almost as good as my favorite spots at home in Connecticut.
We drive past several pizza places to get to Big Italy. Slices are huge, crust is amazing, grandma pie has a special tang to the sauce and the entire staff are welcoming and fun.
I just ordered a penne alla vodka here and it was very good and a good price the place was also very nice and the people were very nice I will definitely be coming back
