Been a customer for years, slowly have stopped coming here bc the quality just isn’t the same. Also making the “large” soup in the former small containers now is kinda insane. I wish I was told something before ordering it. I don’t mind paying more, my issue is with how it’s being handled.

The first uber driver never confirmed our food and stole our order. Brittany was so calm and cooland remade the order for us for the next driver can pick it up. It is rare that you see this type of service anymore. 5 starts!!!!

Cactus Cafe in Medford is absolutely amazing! The food is consistently great and high quality, their cactus wings and buffalo wings are hands down some of the best I’ve had. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and addicting of course especially with me being a wing fanatic. The burritos are on another level. They’re huge, packed with ingredients, and the meat is incredibly juicy and flavorful in every bite. You can really tell they don’t cut corners on quality. Not only does the brisket, carne asada and chicken remain juicy, it’s completely packed with flavor and absolutely absurdly amazing. On top of the great food, the customer service truly stands out. Brittany in Medford is an outstanding employee friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. Her customer service alone makes you want to keep coming back. I swear I don’t usually hype places like this but this is easily one of my fav places ever, not just restaurant based I just love the ambience and the bar is an amazing scene. Highly recommend Cactus Cafe if you’re looking for great food and an even better experience with great food and customer service. Oh btw Franklin is awesome at the Huntington location, the location at 320W Jericho turnpike. He’s very personable as well.

Bought two brisket tacos and one chicken quesadilla unfortunately there was a 2 inch long black hair in the brisket taco I called to let him know about it she said she was sorry that was it no offer of anything else I wouldn't eat there I wish I could add a picture of the hair😡😡😞

Down grading my review after my recent visit. Place is playing with portion decrease n price increase. Example corn chicken chowder, there was two sizes in the beginning. One small wich was offered as side with meals, second a large wich was 3 times as big and filled a soup bowl. Now The small one is being sold as large for nearly $10. This just one of small portions for extra money. Not worth the money

I’m disappointed, This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up, I get it you guys are busy, especially after 10. I’ve been coming here for years, but come on bro. I’m not the type of Person to even do reviews, but let’s talk real quick I asked for the burrito to be toasted the tortilla is not toasted at all, as you guys can see it says it in the recipe. I asked for a smoked pulled pork. I don’t even know what I’m eating. They do offer the barbecue pulled pork Option, but I choose smoked pulled pork. Not only that but My girlfriend had called around 11:30 and they Had her on hold for about five minutes so then I decided to call and they took my order and a split second What’s going on? Lol. The burrito even had avocado since when does this burrito have avocado? It didn’t even have the sour cream that I asked for. Here are pictures of both of the burritos the 1st 3 pictures are of the wrong burrito order that I received and the last 2 are the pictures of what is suppose to be smoked pulled pork. This happened on 12/27/25 which is today the day I’m writing this.

I usually have a good experience ordering from the medford location but today , not so much . I ordered a ckicken burrito bowl and asked to sub out the rice for lettuce. The woman substituted the rice for brisket. Who orders that ? Basically chicken , pico , and beans over brisket . I don't eat red meat and I wasn't driving back to medford to change it. I had to pick out a whole plate of fatty brisket .
