Bought a birthday cake for my son an I gave them a coupon the guy telling me it’s no good but it said Medford on it .The service was HORRIBLE!!! I’ll go to Farmingville’s carvel from now on !!!!So who reads this run from the Medford store an go to Farmingville Carvel!!!

My sons 2 years old and I asked if he could put the cherries included on the sundae that are free on the side and he told me it’s another $1…avoid here and go elsewhere that doesn’t try and nickel and dime you. “On the sundae it’s free if it’s off the sundae (same toppings you would get regardless) I’m charging you” lmao what a

I say everybody boycott the Carvel in Medford. The new owner not only shot up the prices but fired most of his staff and some of them have been working there for 30 years. I went in there with my son and he has the personality of a turnip. He had the nerve to charge me $16.96 for two ice cream cones. I say we all give him two middle fingers and add some rainbow sprinkles.
Excellent service. Very clean store. Ice cream delicious as always
