Dunkin'

This is our daily dunkin that has become worse and worse. Ordered two drinks but when arrived at the window they didn’t have the ingredients for the drinks. They offered a different drink which was fine but was ~$2 less then what I had paid. Asked for hashbrowns or something to make up for the loss. The hashbrowns they gave were mushed and had a long black hair in it. Absolutely disgusting and will not be returning

The staff was nice, the coffee was good, however it was just very lacking for the old donuts we received.

This Dunkin’ is very efficient! I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was super quick and smooth drive thru order. I got a strawberry donut, an avocado toast and a small chocolate shake. Everything was great and it was quick! The parking lot is def another issue as the shopping strip itself is awkward but I had a great experience.

Very polite staff. But for some reason I feel everytime I order an iced coffee it appears they use hot coffee over ice? Which leaves me with a very watered down mix and as well, very few ice chips up top. I don't understand this logic

For the most part I usually have a great experience when visiting the Medford Dunkindonuts Baskin Robin's but ever since they Hired this little girl with blonde hair it has not been great. She is rude and has a piss poor attitude when serving customers. She seems to think that she has the rt to toss customers food at them and give them attitude. When she is there I don't go anymore. I go when she is not there because the rest of the staff has respect. Gives good service and are always polite. Someone like her should not work in food service if she doesn't know how to talk politely to the customers.

If you are looking for a good tasting hot coffee, this is NOT the place! Every time I go here and order a hot coffee it taste old and STALE AND disgusting

Best Dunkin on the island in my opinion… the morning drive thru crew are the nicest people. Fast service… everything is always fresh and coffee is always made right!!
