I got doordashed delivered and the driver forgot the ice cream I called the restaurant and I believe his name was Chris but he was very accommodating and polite. Didn't sound annoyed like half of the people that answer phones

My twins and I just had an awesome experience at the Medford, NY Friendly’s tonight. We were exhausted from moving all day, but Hailey P. put a big smile on our faces. Hailey P. was so sweet, funny, courteous, and friendly! She should be the face of Friendly’s. Give this girl a raise.
