This is the best Friendlys on Long Island, possibly the country. Truly the best dining experience my family has had in the past year. I’m aware this is a Friendly’s and not Caesar’s buffet but it’s unparalleled in fun and tasty food. Keriy and Lena are the best.

We visited on a Tuesday evening as a party of five, and the experience was very disappointing. Several items on the menu were unavailable, including mozzarella sticks, waffle fries, and even lemonade. One of our orders for soup never arrived at all.
I also gave them a coupon in advance, but the discount wasn’t applied correctly, which made the bill much higher than it should have been. We had to wait while they corrected it.
To make matters worse, I witnessed a waiter drop an entire tray of drinks on a customer at a nearby table. Thankfully, the customer laughed it off, but it was still uncomfortable to see.
Overall, it was a bad night. This place is not what it used to be, and sadly, I can see why they may be struggling to stay in business.
