Food was good n tasty, service was ok, too many tables not enough waitstaff, and you have to wait for your server to pay your bill, at your table, I walked to the front, 2 are standing around waiting for people to come in so they can seat them, but couldn't checkout with them, but then I could after they found my waitress and saw how busy she was. Someone should train these girls better, if someone comes to pay their bill, just process it. Don't make people wait longer

My husband and I frequent the Medford location quite often and we enjoy your meals there. We often see a young man named Faisal who seats us. He is so personable and accommodating I really think he should be serving customers at the tables because I really believe he is being underutilized as a host. Personally, we feel he would make a fantastic server. We would love to have someone with that kind of energy take our orders. I truly hope you will take this recommendation into consideration.

I have been to many ihops in the past but I have to admit this was one of the best The place was very clean the staff was was amazing and the manager very nice I would definitely go back and I would recommend anyone who what's to have a good breakfast and great atmosphere go
