My girlfriend and her mom went for night out. Prime rib had a lot of fat around it wasn’t made right. Ribeye was supposed to be medium well and it came out more rare. Mashed potatoes were cold. Had to ask for more napkins and more water. When all was said and done waitress had the nerve to walk back to us pointing out her tip wasn’t enough even though the service wasn’t good and the food wasn’t cooked correctly!! Management didn’t care and said that will be addressed and that shouldn’t have happened. He didn’t even offer anything in return. Didn’t even ask for the servers name.

Came in for lunch on a weekday. We waited 10 minutes before seeing a single soul at the front counter. I ordered a filet mignon medium and I got it close to well done. Disappointing for a steakhouse. At least the food isn’t overpriced.

I have not been j & r Steakhouse in a probably about 10 years food has not changed. Everything was so delicious. I got the Porter house so tender and juicy. My mom got the salmon which was delicious. And I also got cheesecake for dessert which was so creamy. The food was amazing
Best mussels in town for $10. Great veggies wrap too.

This is the worst experience that I had at J.R steakhouse. I couldn’t even go inside because of the owner, he was being rude and falsely accusing and starting drama between me and another customer in the parking lot. To the point I didn’t wanna enter facility one why would I want to enter facilities when I’m being attacked in the parking lot for not even doing anything something just make sure that the owners not outside Lurking, because he falsely accuse you and you will be a victim especially due to the pigment of my skin. horrible business chasing away customers I’ve been to this location for years and I will never go back again.due to his actions

Every time we've gone to J&R's, it's always a treat. This time, we had people from out of state, and when they said they wanted a good steak, we knew exactly where to bring them, and of course you didn't disappoint keep it up we'll definitily be back. Great family atmosphere, great prices, and fantastic food.
