I've been coming here a long time. My wife goes out to pick up 2 bagels with scallion. And she s tells the young man for extra cream cheese on it and truthfully. If that's what you call extra then I'm not coming back. There was almost nothing extra on it for a bagel. That is that size. I don't know it was better a while ago but it sure has changed time to find another bagel store

We order bagels here for the Pat-Med Raiders football team weekly during the season. Joel always gives us a nice discount, everyone is always so polite and helpful, and the bagels are always warm and delicious!! Highly recommend!

I'm not sure where everyone else praising this place got their bagels but I clearly didn't get the same one. If I wanted a mediocre grocery store bagel I would go to one. The bacon and egg sandwich on a plain bagel was disappointing. The whole sandwich was just sad.

Placed a pickup order and waited 32 minutes, asked the staff twice for an updated and was basically ignored. The order online said it wasn’t even started so I assume they’re just so disorganized on the weekend their counter doesn’t communicate with the kitchen. Don’t bother with this place.
