Very accommodating. Coffee good, they put in the creamer & Splenda as requested. Large for $2.79. I was surprised how small the English muffin got. And it would have been over $7. If not for buy one get one.

Went through drive-thru ordered a hamburger Happy meal for my granddaughter and she wanted strip pickles no ketchup no onions, My mom and I wanted Taco Bell so we got hers first didn't open it until we got to Taco Bell and got our food and she didn't want the hamburger right away we opened it about a half hour after we received it and it had ketchup and extra onions and no pickles how to drive all the way back to McDonald's 40 minutes for them to mess it up another four times. I do not recommend the McDonald's on route 112 in Patchogue!!!!! Not only is their service horrible but they took forever to take our order and forever to give us our order only to mess it up it was one Happy meal That's all we ordered!!!!

Ray was a very friendly, outgoing employee who worked every second that I was in the McDonald's lobby. I had vehicle trouble and Ray had very good advice and positive thoughts. You are lucky to have Ray as an employee. He's topnotch five star caliber. Thanks Ray

Today I ordered food on the McDonald’s app and paid for it. It all came out of my account. Then when I got there to pick it up they said I have to pay again and the other charge on the app will be refunded in 2 to 7 days . So I guess they shouldn’t have an app . Why should I pay double in order to get my money back in 2 to 7 days. This is ridiculous. Mind you I will never be ordering or eating an McDonald’s ever again.

Ordered two mcdoubles a six dollar meal deal large fry and a medium coke, first they come to me with one drink, I corrected them and told me I ordered two, so they bring my other drink I take my food and leave, don't know why I didn't check the bag untill I got home, instead of a large fry they gave a medium, and they did not give the nuggets for the 6 dollar meal, but gave sauce, this was at about 8 o clock Tuesday April 29th 2025, the people who were working at the time have no idea how to do there job.
I don't know what to do to have my burger without pickles, the attendants are special

Ten minutes to get an order in an empty restaurant. Nuggets and fries were not hot. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The actual restaurant is beautiful. Bathrooms were disgusting and filthy. No self-serve drink station. I am shocked this is a McDonald's right?
