Every time I get pizza the girl just throws it in the bag so by time when I get home or even in the car it's all messed up so I don't say nothing the next time two different type of pieces in the same box all messed up I love their pizza but the girl at the front desk does not care..

So let's start with the good. We got 2 slices of dessert (carrot cake and NYS cheese cake) with 6 garlic knots (totaling $19) the deserts were delicious and the garlic knots were alright, there was no sauce for them. While we were doing take out the exterior of the restaurant looked nice.

Let's move onto the bad. The rest of our order was Fettuccine Alfredo + Grilled Shrimp with a pepperoni pinwheel ($35). We got home to realize that the pasta wasn't shrimp it was grilled chicken. So I contacted the store and the girl who gave us our food explained they would remake it or I can get a "refund from door dash". So we opted for the remake. It only took 15 minutes to remake (weird because the original wait time was almost 30mins) so we go pick up our order get back to the house and realize that the pinwheel is in fact a calzone (my partner doesn't eat ricotta). I go to open my food to see 5 shrimp ALL 5 still have full tails on them. Which immediately makes me feel like they haven't been cleaned properly. Tails are acceptable for shrimp cocktails not pasta dishes. It's also important to note that the shrimp was supposed to be "grilled" as you can see in the picture the exterior of the shrimp has NOT touched a grill or a pan.

So this is a no for me.

Ordered a salad with shrimp because I can't eat meat. Well, got my salad with chicken all over it. Super disappointed as there seems to be no respect for people's dietary restrictions. Never again!

Was very upset with our visit today! Husband just had surgery and is on walker, were told by girl at counter we could sit wherever we wanted. We were the only customers there. Picked a table closest to the door so my husband did not have to walk so far. It is very obvious he has difficulty walking. I stated to sit down and the waiter made us change tables to the table all the way by the bar where he was having his lunch. Had no regard for my husband or that fact that he was handicapped. The waiter made it convenient for him so he was closest to his own food. Was just appalled by this. The owner John should do a better job screening his help! Been going there for years and today was the last time ! If this is how you treat ur customers , I will take my business elsewhere! Not to mention he didn’t write our order down and got it wrong. Terrible experience!

Went there for an early dinner tonight with my husband who is handicapped and needs a walker. Was told by girl at counter we could sit wherever we wanted, place was empty so we picked a table right by door where we came in so my husband would not have to walk far. As soon as I go to sit down, the waiter told us not sit there and made us walk 5 tables away from front door closest to where he was sitting having his lunch!! I was appalled but my husband didn’t want to make a fuss, I could not believe this person stood there and watched my husband struggle to walk the extra 15 feet! He could not have cared less. At least he was closer to where he was having his food! He told us half the items on the menu were not an available because the boss wasn’t offering them anymore. He didn’t write our order down, got it wrong and could not have cared less. The owner or manager obviously is not screening their employees and lost a customers for sure!!!! What an absolute disgrace, used to luv this place and was looking forward to going today. If a waiter is going to represent your restaurant you better hire the right people. Not to mention how you handle handicapped people!!! Should be ashamed of yourself!
