I purchased regular gas at the Medford store and diesel went in my car instead. It ruined my whole fuel gas system in my car. Cost $5000 to repair. Trying to make a claim with them.

The ladies who work at the food club are incredible. They are always understaffed yet they are extremely nice even when some customers are rude to them. The pizza is always fresh and hot. The best lunch around.

The cashiers and line supervisor are rude. Went in there and 2x times in a row, after waiting on line more than 10 minutes, and being the 3rd customer on line, the cashier Marissa waived me over, then spoke very loudly so other customers could hear and accused me of "cutting the line", yelled for her supervisor, Kimberly, who backed her up by saying I was in the wrong line. The second time, to avoid this issue, I got in the line which was claimed to be the right line the last

Anytime I’m ever in this club the employees are beyond nasty. Some of the “customer service” women are absolutely nasty and there’s one woman by the registers who beyond nasty. Unfortunately this place is a necessary evil and it’s close by. I try to order as much as I can online just so I don’t have to deal with the nasty women who work here. Management needs to step up and get rid of these people and get people in there who are actually able to work with the public.
