I ordered 2 dragon fruit drinks and they made them without dragon fruit. When I asked them about it they said they were out of dragon fruit and its the same thing. Who does that? Makes a drink without the main ingredient and tries to pass it off as the same? Its not like Starbucks is cheap either.

Just not a good overall cooperation. Might as well just goto a local private owned coffee shop that sells quality coffee for the same if not lower price rather then feeding some corporation that's charging high prices for a lesser product.

Sorry, everyone, I didn't go to Starbucks but I did go to Target to buy some stuff. Now I have been to Starbucks and their food and drinks are delicious.
Worst starbucks in medford. Barista gets order wrong, blames us and says we ordered incorrectly. She never gave us a recipt and walked away so we werent able to get her name or our order. Horrible attitude towards myself and other customers. Never coming here again.

The website is deceitful by saying the Starbucks here closes at 9pm. Just came here at 4 only for the barista to help the lady in front of me and then tell me they are closed. What Starbucks closes at 4pm? The website needs to be changed to the correct time so people don’t waste their time driving here for nothing.
