I agree with RJ's comment below. I have personally emailed (3 moths ago) starbucks about this location. Always closed, so called baristas are rude and cant even make a latte or refresher. They ask well what's in the drink? NO TRAINING WITH ATTITUDES. Where is the old team? They made the drinks so good. Starbucks does nothing about it either. Shame on you starbucks for not staying on top of your brand,

I order from the Starbucks location 2!-3 times monthly only when I go shopping at stop and shop because they always have machine issues, Employees that show up late, and now they close at730 when the employees are bored.

After a long exhausting emotional day knowing their Irregular hours I called at 7:26 and asked what time they closed She said they close at eight. I said OK. I am 2 miles away. Getting picked up in an Uber. I want a caramel macchiato. Please do not close early since you said you close at eight. I will be there in two minutes. I get in my $13 Uber get there two minutes later for a sign to be at the end of the counter after I just had a conversation with this person at 7:35 and she has closed down all the machines when I just talked to her. And then I asked to speak to her supervisor and she told me to go talk to Stop & Shop. Stop & Shop sent me back to them then I actually speak to somebody wanting to know why I was being rude After I stared at his butt crack for an additional five minutes while he played with a knob under the sink. at this time, it was roughly 745 still not 8 o’clock and my question to him was if you close at eight and I called 25 minutes ahead of time. Why did she close down and why can’t she make me a simple coffee when I explained the situation about my Uber. She agreed I showed up and she closed early and then told me it was slow. Just Starbucks does not do Uber eats it would’ve been cheaper just to order that to my house which I did twice this week alone from another location.. I want my money back for my Ubers and I will be finding out who the owner is to request it. That was very rude and unprofessional. If you close at eight, your cash register don’t close till eight. I would’ve never spent the money to take the Uber twice.

And when I did speak to the manager, I said, do you understand the situation yeah you’re being rude. I said do you understand why I’m upset and I asked for you because place of business is open until a certain time to continue to collect to make a profit, not closed because they’re bored and I called ahead of time and told this woman I was on my way in an Uber and please don’t do this because you all have the reputation of closing early And she agreed just for me to show up still plenty of time for her to make a simple coffee and refused to service me, and then I said some very nasty things which they both deserved.

And don’t ever think you’re gonna get a Frappuccino from this place because the machine never works and if you ask for caramel drizzle in a cup, they will give you the wrong caramel drizzle not the topping. They don’t know the difference even though they send them to school there. And when I walked in, he wasn’t behind the counter and she was twiddling her. Thumbs when I came back after trying to talk to a fake manager where they sent me in Stop & Shop. They were under the sink working all of a sudden, but before that she was slow so they closed early. I’m sure they’ll have some other explanation, but I’m sure this Starbucks will be going out of business soon. They go through employees worse than my sister did with men in her college years.

Those lady’s are with attitude, bad mood and drinking coffee when they are working, horrible service I just needed label my 5 coffees with a name and there’s no way to be nice with customers…. Is a shame this location!!! Never coming back again!!!

I have other Starbucks close to my house with drive-through which this one does not have but I go out of my way to go to the Starbucks because the service is outstanding. The girls that work there are absolutely awesome. I go there at least three times a week and I have never had one problem.
The reason I’m writing a review is yesterday while I was in there I heard the woman in front of me asked for a tall drink. She paid for it and after the lady made it and gave it to her, she said I asked for a large, I knew that woman was wronge and was playing with her phone while ordering but the girls were nice about the way they handled it and that’s why I like them. Even though the customer was wrong they went out of their way to stay professional and make the customer happy. so I felt I had to write this review and let everyone know in case that woman went home and complained that these girls are awesome and this Starbucks is the best one in all of Medford and Patchogue and it’s worth walking in .

I hate coming here. Every time I do I get this rude little girl with thick glasses that always has an attitude. I was told her name is crystal. She’s super ratchet, always cursing infront of customers and just plain unprofessional. Idk how a McDonald’s worker got in with this Starbucks but they need to let her go. Other than that other girls are great. And drinks are good!
