I went there 30 minutes prior to close, and they said they were closed. They were already cleaning up and shutting down the register. If they're going to close 30 minutes prior to the time displayed, then they need to update the hours online. Next, I went another time, and there was someone behind the counter cleaning and didn't acknowledge me. Another worker walked up and didn't acknowledge me. I was just standing there waiting to be serviced. I left and went to another Starbucks nearby that's 9 minutes away. Don't waste your time coming to this Starbucks.

horrible service and rude cashiers working there. I was waiting in line to make my order. 1 person was in front of me while 2 cashiers stood behind the register taking the order. 1 of the cashiers took the order and made both drinks. the other cashier stood by talking to her friend with a stop and shop apron on. The 2nd Cashier never stopped talking to her friend to take my order until after 5 minutes when other people started to line up behind me. I told her no whip cream and she had the 1st cashier make the coffe and once I got my order of course it had whip cream on it. The two people who showed up behind me also reciceved their order before me. Last time going to this Starbucks locations. they always have an horrible attitude

I hate coming here. Every time I do I get this rude little girl with thick glasses that always has an attitude. I was told her name is crystal. She’s super ratchet, always cursing infront of customers and just plain unprofessional. Idk how a McDonald’s worker got in with this Starbucks but they need to let her go. Other than that other girls are great. And drinks are good!
