I ordered an iced coffee online and when I got to the Tim Hortons in Medford on route 112, there was nobody there working. The man that works for the bola Mark had to call his manager and get someone so I had to wait 15 minutes for somebody to make my iced coffee and when she made it, she didn’t follow the order, she practically put no milk in it when I specifically asked for milk and cream. This place is horrible. I had a bad experience buying my husband a gift card for his birthday and he repeatedly came into the store and didn’t have The right machine to read the cards so he was unable to use it many times over.

Worst experience of my life. Most stale and hard bagel I have ever had. Coffee was watered down - tasted like milk. I had to ask to remake it and they gave a smaller size saying ‘they made a mistake’. Employees had no idea what they were doing. If you want to waste your money and time, go here.

Was looking forward to trying the new spot but the 1st review hit it right on the head. Clean store. Employees were terrible. I ordered the very simple $5 meal and they charged me separate for each item. Came to $14 almost 3x the advert. Didn't get my hash brown and when I asked for it they tried to ring me up. I tried to explain it was part of the meal but it was like communicating with a brick wall.

This is a brand new location. The Tim Hortons is located in the Bolla Market that has not yet been updated into google maps. The Tim Hortons itself seems like they have no idea what they are doing or were trained at all. The atmosphere gets 4/5 because it’s new and clean. The service is 2/5 because when you ask a question you get an attitude back. The food is 3/5 because it’s just doughnuts and coffee
