It's not called Trio, it's called Gabinos and I only recommend that you make a written contract before negotiating. I trusted the owner's word and in the end I ended up with more expenses. Also make sure the services they offer I ended up putting napkins in the bathrooms because they didn't have enough supplements. And she was not warned not to receive that auction. I liked that it is spacious and has good parking.

It's just an event space. Perfect for meetings and medium sized events. There was food served but it was catered by someone other then owners.
Parking: Location was difficult to find parking and the way the parking lot is very difficult to maneuver
