Waited for 10 minutes at the drive through for them to take our order, got home and they only gave us half the items we ordered. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in recent memory.

I've come here often and the food is always good. However, I was passing through and saw the line was long and decided to go inside as I just wanted 2 drinks anyway. Someone was ahead of me and he took their order right away. I walked up to the register after they walked away, expecting him to take my order. Instead, he walked to the back, and started working on mobile orders. Completely ignoring me for over 15 minutes. It wasn't until my boyfriend called and I had to explain to him what was taking so long to get 2 drinks did he rush over to take my order as he heard me. Overall, terrible customer service, and it was very rude. Not a Wendy's I'd go to again. Rather go to Taco bell down the road.

It was Horrible 1st of all One of the employes asked my Daughter if she wanted Extra Fries and She said No But he still gave her it And 2nd he gave my daughter a frosty when she said No To the offer 3rd is that If you get The Something single Hamburger it will taste Disgusting So 0 Stars

Biggie Bags are the way to go. The best bang for the buck. Also at Christmas time you can buy a frosty key tag and you get a free junior frosty every time you go there and you can upgrade for a dollar I believe.
