I usually stop here on my way home from work and I would ask for a fresh chicken sandwich with cheese . Only one time I received what I asked for . Yall are charging me for cheese but not puting it on my chicken sandwich. Tonight the chicken don't look done the outside of the chicken is still white . The fries was cold . According to the worker there tonight 11/5 the food is always fresh which is also a lie . Wendy's I spend too much money to not get what I ordered .
Rather than waiting on a long line, inside has multiple kiosks to order everything you want. They are, in fact, rather fast to get your order out quickly!

Went to this restaurant today,My food was cold,I went inside to see three ladies standing there on there phone in a circle I walked up to the counter and they looked at me clueless !!!! We pay way to much money at fast food ,for cold food.

I just left this location after over a half an hour of waiting for a pickup order. Amir was kind, patient and truly cared about helping me. The manager Randi was disgustingly rude to me and to her employees as I watched from the counter. She basically accused me of trying to steal $32 worth of food, shrugged her shoulders and walked away even though I showed her the charge through my bank and the order screen saying it was ready for pickup. She was nasty and dismissive. Amir should be recognized for how he handled the situation and how I’m sure he works every day, especially with a manager that treats them the way I witnessed. Thank you Amir for being kind and for getting this resolved.
