I ordered here for the very first time and I thought I was gonna be excited cause I heard some good reviews and when I got the food the street corn they were small same portions like itâs just like a teaser and then the wings really had no grape flavor. It was just like a hint of flavor and it was just very disappointing. I was hoping to have like a good hint of flavor not just a tiny bit so it was very disappointing but just that one experience I probably wouldnât go back cause you know I like my wings and I want a place where I can go and have good wings so unfortunately I donât recommend them other people still do but thatâs just my opinion. I was just very disappointed you know for the cost that you pay that just wasnât not a good enough flavor for me.
Didnt get a thing I ordered and they have yet to make it right. They up charged me for food I didnât receive and pocketed the money as a tip

The cashier working Sunday night 12/28 was great. Staff all around are friendly. Food was great. Fries were fresh.

The inside is a bit industrial looking but food was good and prices were reasonable. Had chicken sandwich and fries.

Went here for lunch today 12/18 . It was our first time at a Wing Stop. Server was very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was clean. Food was great. We will definitely be back.
Got take out, food was ready fast and was delicious. Great selection of sauce

I placed order 6168777256 at 4:46 PM today it was supposed to have arrived at 5:10 PM when I saw the DoorDash text that it was being delivered by them. It showed the vehicle go in the opposite direction from my home and then stop, I called the number associated with the text seven times no answer. I contacted the store seven times no answer and that was the one at Knoxville Tennessee on Chapman Highway at 5:58 PM, I drove to the store. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained I hadnât received my order and I would like a refund the employee standing beside the manager, stated The order was picked up. I showed my phone to the manager that it still had not been delivered because it was tracking, the employee then said Iâm not lying. I said Iâm not lying either and I told the manager I wanted a refund. I did not get my order. I said I also want your corporate phone number and the district managerâs name, she copied my information down and said that I should get the refund in 4 to 5 business days again ask again for the corporate number and the district managerâs name she printed off a receipt with the only thing was the website.
I have not had an issue ordering from this store before and I ordered it off of the app from Wingstop, I think it was very very inappropriate from the employee and the manager. I even told the manager I donât think anyone would be happy with this. I only live three minutes behind the store in a subdivision. I am very, very displeased.

Ordered for the first time today 10-27-25 and was shocked the wings I got were all the âdrumâ stick, Iâm sure if I would order that Iâd cost more for the one kind of wing.
Was very disappointed and thought they couldâve been bigger, they were the smallest wing pieces I have had in a LONG time for what I paidđ€ŹâŠ.

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.
