I walk in there and there was no line. I’ve never been there before. I ordered wings with the sauce on the side because if I didn’t like the sauce, I would simply eat the wings. Well, they put the sauce on the wings and when I got home, I was very disappointed. I’ll never go back because of one incompetent employee

**Wingstop Review: Katy Mills Location (Katy, Texas) Frustrating Experience** I want my refund.
I recently ordered from Wingstop, and my experience was far from what I expected. After placing my order, I waited for two whole hours only to find out that it was canceled. I tried calling the store for clarification, and while the employee I spoke to was polite and did his best to assist me, unfortunately, the language barrier made the conversation quite ineffective.
To make matters worse, there was no manager on-site to help with the situation or to process my refund on the spot. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied as I was told I would have to "trust" that my refund would be taken care of. This lack of accountability is simply unacceptable, and it's disheartening to see a company fall short on customer service.
I hope they can improve their communication and refund process moving forward. Until then, I’ll stay away from this location. Managers need to add more support for their team as they are not empowered to handle these situations.
Food was tasty , that one star goes on the food . Food was slow and they missed half of my order . Placed two order online and when I got home realized half of the items wasn’t inside , I called and spoke to someone on the phone they asking me to drive back and get it . If you’re planing to stepping in make sure you open your bag and check before leaving the store Terrible experience having to drive back just to pick up and missing items .

I made a short-sighted comment to a gentleman working his but off prime time on a Friday night to get everyone served, so writing this to elaborate that wingstop definitely has the best fries I’ve eaten at a faster food establishment, and this particular wingstop has the best chicken ever and is always great, never had any issues and the staff here since opening is the most welcoming sweet staff ever!
