Their subs are amazing when they are made right. They are quick to correct any issues and super helpful. The manager or owner whoever the head guy is who is there sometimes is great!! Just depends on who makes the food that day really. Same with the pasta bowls. Depending on who makes them it’s like coming from 2 different restaurants. Hit or miss. Only issues they run out of things often and are supposed to close at 9pm but they close early a lot of times. Or only sell slices or already prepared food after like after 8 or 8:30 bummer

Lunch on a road trip. We made the mistake of each getting something. The buffalo chicken wrap was good, it was fresh, it should be at the 15m wait. We chose 3 tables in the mostly empty dining room because we were cold and the table by the register was the only one that wasn't cold.
My pizza on the other hand warmed up in the oven and was GIGANTIC. I got the lunch special of a drink and 2 slices, these things together 1/8 of a huge 28" pizza. The slices barely fit on 2 plates.
Not the best slice I have ever had, but we will be back next time we find ourselves in Medina. The staff is super friendly!

Was in the area for work. Had 4 of their pizzas, they were all great! That chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza, I would drive the hour just for that!!

Might be the best pizza I've ever had. Buffalo chicken pizza was amazing and the crust was perfectly crispy; not burnt or chewy. Got two slices and thought it was kind of expensive until I opened the box and saw how big they were.

Love this cozy eatery - great pizza - everything is great including calzones! Service is friendly and attentive. My favorite place to eat when I want quality food at reasonable price. Booths to eat indoors and take-out available.

They are so unprofessional! You go to pick your food up and they say the mini bus is here! They damn sure don't mind taking your money!

Too pricey for the crap food they serve. Save your time and money and just go to the medina one! $30 for 10 BURNT/dry chicken fingers?! Not even edible. salads are pretty gross too with wilted/brown lettuce, that come with soggy garlic knots.

Food was delicious and prices for the 2 slice special can't be beat! Slices were as big as my son's head!!

Pizza wasn’t bad. Probably would have left 3 stars if the restaurant wasn’t misrepresented in its name. When “wood fired” is in your name, you expect wood fired pizza. It was not wood fired pizza. Ordered a sheet and a large for a party, expecting wood fired. It was average traditional pizza. Probably won’t make the extra drive again for “normal pizza”. Hope this helps.

Had a great pizza,sauce was amazing. Jalapeno poppers were really great too.
