My wife and I went for a little dinner. I was appalled at all the flies. I could not even stand at the counter. They were everywhere. When i said something to an employee, he said it had been like that for months? Seriously, it will be a long time, if ever, that I return. We eat at restaurants all over town and this is the only one like this. There us no excuse for this. Where are the health officials?

If you’re going for an impossible whopper, avoid at all costs. I ordered an impossible whopper and was given what was very clearly a beef whopper. I have been a vegetarian for almost 10 years and have been ordering impossible whoppers since they first came out, but I guess that will be the last time I order anything from Burger King.

Haven’t been to this location in quite awhile, thought i’d give it a try today. Got my drink handed out to me which had soda all over the outside so I had to wipe it off. Ended up having to come back through bc the worker never rung up my large fry. Even though I clear as day said it. Not sure what the rush was as I was the only one in the drive through line. Go to get my kids nuggets out and realize they gave me bbq sauce instead of sweet n sour. Food is good, and the worker seemed nice but not the point.

Tonight I sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes along with two other cars that were in front of me to order. After 10 minutes of waiting, a car behind me pulled into the parking lot and went inside to order. After 20 minutes I backed out of the drive-thru as well as the two other cars that were ahead of me as we received no service at all. I do not know what the problem was. Nobody came out of the store to say there was an issue but no service was provided.

The cash register broke down so no one could order anything, when we did order we were completely forgotten about and had to stand there for 10 minutes. The staff moved so slowly it was obvious they didn’t want to be there. The nuggets were okay, but the onion rings were way too salty to the point of being inedible (I didn’t even order onion rings by the way, I ordered fries), and they were out of EVERY drink except Dr. Pepper, sparkling water, and Coca Cola. There were flies EVERYWHERE and it smelled like baby wipes. I was going to give this place 2 stars to be nice, but get this, we placed another order, this time to go, for a family member who stayed home and they again forgot about us and served several people who ordered after us. They only acknowledged us when we either went up to them and asked about our order or if we were visibly annoyed about the service. They have no system and no one is in charge. It took us an hour total to get nuggets and two burgers. My advice for Burger King, fire everyone and hire an all new competent staff. My advice for consumers, just go to McDonalds across the street. Nothing even remotely close to this has happened there and I’ve lived here a long time.

This has to be the worst Burger King that I’ve been to. Everything was cold, order was wrong even though the kid has it rang up correctly on the receipt. The store itself is like any Burger King you’re going to go into. JSC management group really should look into this place, you see all the one stars and low star ratings. They’re too far up their own arses to do anything though. Go to the McDonald’s across the street.

The buns at this Burger King are horrendous and have been for months. They are dry and fall apart and don’t taste good! You need a new bun supplier or something is wrong with the way you are storing them!
