This place is so hit or miss. They almost always forget something and truthfully it all depends on who is working. My most recent experience, they forgot my cold foam (which is not the first time and is also a $1 extra) and asked for a blueberry muffin, got a chocolate chip instead. It’s whatever but it’s annoying that the service is so inconsistent. Also getting charged for things that you never get it’s infuriating as well. I prefer dunkin over Tim’s, but maybe not this dunkin

I’ve always considered this Dunkin’ location one of the friendliest I’ve visited, especially as a newer business on Medina’s Main Street. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me disappointed.
When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, I went to the speaker as usual and stated that I had a mobile order, fully expecting to then be asked for my name, as is standard at other Dunkin’ locations. Instead, I was met with a curt and dismissive, “So does 5 other people.”
A simple, polite request for my name would have been both professional and in line with the great customer service I had come to expect here. I hope this was an isolated incident, as interactions like this can quickly tarnish an otherwise positive reputation.

All I got was a coffee while my truck was being serviced at Orleans Ford.
Had to sit outside because it was freezing in the store.
No rating on the food since I didn’t eat.
Coffee was fine.
I don’t like to criticize Staff because would you want to work in the Service Industry?
Beats sitting at a Car Dealer Service Lounge I suppose.

I didn't even order. The lady on the speaker in the drive through was RUDE!! To the point I said never mind I'll go somewhere else. THEN she said thank you have a nice day. Also, there was a sign at the drive trough for a food option they don't have anymore. And she got snippy with me about that. Like that's a customers fault!?

Props to the Woman in the drive threw today, noted that she had to change over the food I ordered and that she wanted to make sure I got hot hashbrowns you don't see this service and quality in fast food much anymore great service
Do not get the chicken noodle soup! Lukewarm, whatever veggies…mostly dehydrated peas were hard and not cooked, the person serving my order reached in a container and threw in chicken pieces that were gross! I threw it away.

I went to Medina Dunkin this morning for my everyday coffee mind u it's the same everyday when I got it I could tell it wasn't right by how dark it was but I tasted it anyway and it wasn't I went in to get it fixed the girl working wouldn't remake it kept saying it was right but the tag didn't even read how I ordered it. Was not happy.
