As it was in the 80s it is still the best Italian food in western ny. My wife and I had dinner there tonight and wow i was impressed. Great service. Owners would come out and talk with us. Very nice people and the food was awesome. We will definetly be back.

It is a cozy little restaurant in Medina with authentic Italian cuisine. I got Eggplant Parmesan which was excellent. The portions are nice sized and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back. I try to support the Small Local Businesses in my community. Thanks.

We were craving good Italian food so we finally tried Gennaro’s.. we ordered penne with meatballs, the chicken compari special with a side of sausage and everything was so delicious… especially the amazing sauce!!! I can’t say enough about the quality of this food.. welcome to Medina.. just what this town needed!!
Staff very friendly. We enjoyed the Chicken Marsala and the Ravioli. Very authentic and tasty.

Everything about my experience here was amazing from the Nostalgic Extraordinary cooked food to the super friendly wait stuff to the funny owner. Super great Atmosphere made me feel like I was at home. Very clean. Will recommend anyone to is looking for some from Authentic Italian cuisine. Try the meatballs

Lasagna was HUGE and very good. Bread was fresh and boys loved the pizza! (Not even leftover crust!) Oh man, we got a new spot!!
