Barb at Leonard Oaks needs a lesson in customer service. We were “greeted” if that is what you want to call it by Barb saying “if you plan on doing a tasting can you please get over here I only want to say this once” Apparently when 12 people show up to do a wine tasting she doesn’t appreciate that even though we were the only people in the building. She also seemed very agitated when someone asked questions about any of the wines or ciders.
