They messed my order so I take back in and was nice about it but they had the biggest attitude.. howhow can they have the attitude when they where the ones who gave me some else's order. Talk about entitlement..

Beware this mcdonald's charges you for a meal and only gives u 1/3 of the meal when entering the drive thru.. Not the place to go when on a break cause u wind up having to go back if you don't check your bag,,😠a A real joke for a wanna be fast food chain.. Had to give 1 star to get the remark out.. They deserve -5.. Will never go back!!!!!

If you pay cash (in my case in the drive through) here watch out. My total was $17.69, I gave the cashier $20.70 to make the change as close to $3 even ($3.01, keep the penny). The cashier proceeds to log that I gave her just a $20, making my change $2.31, she then only gave me $2 even. No matter what I was getting short changed. The register does the math for you, how do you mess that up!? At least my order was given to me correctly.

Let me tell you, had a rough morning and so I decided to get some breakfast, and so I ordered through drive-thru.. okay got 1/2 my order so I came back and spoke with the person that took my order and told me to pull around, then I didn’t even get a complete order… very disappointed, not sure if there isn’t communication going on or what but need to make sure whole order is complete. Im not going back the third time. Very unsatisfied.

I went to the counter to order. 4 or 5 employees were standing around talking to each other. No one was in the drive thru. I was their only customer. They ignored me. After a couple minutes, I saw the kiosks so I went ahead and ordered myself. I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I do not know what they did to the biscuit, but it was hard on the outside and dense on the inside. It did not resemble any biscuit I've had from McDonald's before.
My granddaughter and I enjoyed a great lunch together and she loved the new little toy with her happy meal

The girl who was working the pay here window on Easter at approximately 8:30 in the morning was an absolute joy. She was very warm and inviting and had the greatest smile. It is great to see customer service like this. The manager could take tips on this !
