The managers and some staff are childish and cold. They mock the customers as if we can not hear them. They tell you if you have an issue cold back in a few days when someone can actually help you. Very displeasing the skills they are displaying here. These young individuals need a strong professional leader. A class would benefit them as well.

Paid 15$ for raw fries and frozen chicken nuggets. I would have gladly waited for my food to be actually cooked. And that's after waiting in the drive thru after my order was placed for a good 5-10 minutes with only one other vehicle in front of me who only got a cup of coffee.

Terrible customer service. They forgot my drink cup and I literally had to stand at the counter for 10 minutes and yell loudly for any acknowledgment and no other customers were there. The manager just totally ignored my presence. What happened to customer service.
