The staff at Subway in Medina NY are friendly and professional. Excellent service too

Ordered through the app. Subs were missing ingredients, and not toasted. Special instructions not followed. The franchise/owner needs to hire employees that actually care about the product. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

Just watched Danni single-handedly plow through a huge rush so diligently, I had to leave a positive review. I was met with a smile and when I asked how things were going, I got a positive response. Very impressive work ethic! Thank you! I will be back.

This subway should not exist. It should not be a part of the gas station. None of the employees ever want to actually make anything how you want it. Ordered subs online tonight - not only did we get them 20 minutes past the time it said they were “ready for pickup”, but they weren’t even the correct subs. The bag with two subs had the correct receipt on it from the order, but we got two completely different subs. And that was with three people working behind the counter. Clearly the only solution here is that this subway should not exist if the service is going to be this poor so consistently. It’s a shame because subway used to be a favorite.

Waiting is the name of their game except when they forget to make sub rolls , which has happened 2 times in one week .Just a bunch of kids that care less and know even less .

The people working there, hate it, and it shows.. we can no longer see the subs be made so we constantly get the wrong order. Also found hairs in our subs multiple times. Not the type of person to leave a bad review but after multiple issues it was

I have to say I have never been so disappointed with a sub than today. I came in with my Fiancé to get two subs and a wrap. The blonde girl behind the counter made her sub right but we were still ordering she never asked us if we needed more. So then we told her that we needed a sub and a wrap I continued ordering my sub and she forgot about the wrap, so we told her that we needed a wrap. She gets an attitude in her motion and slaps the wraps on the table and obviously she's annoyed. I'm sorry but even if a customer makes you mad (for no reason) you should never be acting like that, take it to the bathroom or better yet when you clock out. She then finishes my Fiancé's sub and the wrap then starts cutting mine and wrapping it with just meat and cheese like HELLO I still need my toppings. I told her I needed toppings, doesn't even bother correctly opening it back up and leaves the meat half on half off slaps on my toppings and squirts the mayo everywhere and wraps it up sloppily. I told the manager of Crosby's and she happily offered me a remake, she handled it very well and I appreciate her time before clocking out to make it right.I have pictures of the subs and they look COMPLETELY DIFFERENT

Every time the very short stocky woman with glasses as working it is a horrible experience she's rude aggressive with her tone and every time you ask a question she bite your head off while helping customers she screams at other employees she is screaned out private numbers that customers do not need to hear for the register while customers are in a full store of five or more customers I think I caught her nametag once and it started with an S this particular location is attached to a Crosby's the Crosby's employees are wonderful I've had several encounters with them to where they are absolutely amazing they've actually apologize for her behavior as we were leaving how she is very verbally abusive to customers and staff
