Some kind of service. Ordered four drinks that only come in one (small) size but asked if they could come in two large cups. I do it at every Tims and it is always fine, it fits and it's $10 for one drink. This guy gives me two empty large cups (on the side, he says) and asks me to pull around, while they make four smalls that I'm expected to empty myself and now I have all this extra trash in my car? That's four extra cups and lids that literally never needed to come into play. Thank god he didn't give me four extra straws, I don't need those turtles' souls on my conscience.

Says the dining room is open till 10 PM. Along with the drive-through on Saturday. Drove in at 8:54.. The doors were locked… Saw people inside, so went through the drive-through… Wanted some donuts, a sandwich and a coffee…. Was told that they are done with food for the day and that all I could order was a coffee….. Well, then, why are you open? I’ll go to Dunkin down the street. Or another business that’s open till the time they say they’re open and get food and a drink. Absolutely ridiculous…. You need better management!!!!

Tim Hortons in Albion NY has a terrible owner! Every complaint you make never gets addressed by him/her! The corporate office says they will get in touch with you, yea don't hold your breath waiting because it never happens! 😡

My daughter and I went thru the drive thru and she ordered a French vanilla cappuccino. As she was almost finished she discovered a large piece of plastic in her mouth that she almost swallowed. We went back and all they offered was her money back or a new drink. Really??? After contacting corporate there still has been nothing else done. She could have choked on that. Won't be going back.
UPDATE - I DID CONTACT YOUR GUEST RELATIONS DEPARTMENT SND AND NOTHING WAS DONE. GOODBYE MEDINA TIM HORTONS.

I'd give no stars if it was a option my last 2 experiences at this location was terrible. The food sucked even the wrong food that I was given and they apparently don't know the difference between ham and bacon and don't know how to put more than one piece of turkey on a sandwich they serve nasty quality tomatoes and bread that was hard and rubbery. The place is dirty and constant flies in the store and sticky floor
