Stayed here and forgot my purse and called them and said nothing found in the room. I am šÆ that it was in the room so I would say there are thieves that work in housekeeping! Donāt leave anything valuable in your room! And the employees that answered the phone calls were rude as well with no call back either! Very sad and hope karma gets them.
Located within a few feet of the front lobby of the Hilton Hotel makes it uncomfortable to eat here with people walking by you constantly. Cold draft from the very cold air coming in so bring a thick jacket while you sit and eat. Waitress was super sweet but she is ALL alone. Super long wait to order and then to get the food. I assume one cook only? No other waitress or waiter for restaurant. Waited 50 minutes for two of us to get our sandwiches for dinner. Food tasted warmed up. Chicken tasted rubbery. We did not order appetizers or dessert. In fact I gave her my credit card when I asked for the check as I was afraid she wouldnāt be back with the check. Insane and it took us too long waiting. Hilton is cheap not to hire another waiter/waitress.

Best food I've had in a Hilton hands down. Would eat here if it was it's own restaurant. Tried almost every item on the menu during my stay and all were excellent. Great service across the board.

Overall the experience was fine. Iām a pilot and see endless hotels and this lounge was average. The part that really ticked me off was when the bill came for 2 drinks. Had two bourbons on the rocks, nothing crazy. This bar will charge you $8ā¦.EIGHT DOLLARS to put ice in your drink, and was told if you order your drinks āneatā they will charge you even more than that. Iām a Hilton diamond for life and this is total theft. Disputing this charge for sure

We had our daughterās wedding. Our guests were very pleased with their stay at the hotel. Excellent service, nice location. Concierge and manager very helpful.
Nice lobby and meeting rooms. Rooms and hallways were outdated and in need of a serious refresh. Difficult to get bedding for the sofa bed on the night when we arrived - finally had to go down to the front desk and beg the gentlemen to get me some bedding for the kids. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable- the king size bed in the room was ok. Bathroom was clean but plumbing issues - not enough hot water.
Stayed at this hotel for a three day trip in two different rooms with my family. We were booked under two different reservations for different nights for an event. The evening we arrived, we checked in on the Hilton Honors app and chose our room for the night on the first floor. King Sized bed, fold out couch bed, it was a tired room- the desk was falling off of the wall, we encountered a centipede roaming around, there was a stain on the wallpaper, and the room needs a serious refresher and deep clean. The bathroom needs updating and deep cleaning- the shower head is lower on the wall so showering for a taller person was a bit awkward. That aside, the bed was comfy, and it was a good night's sleep. Nights two and three were booked on the 4th floor and chosen by the Hilton Honors app. We entered the room and it was the same setup as the other room but was in better shape than the last room. Again- comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep. We did take the time to use the hotel pool while there. The pool area was quiet most of the time and there were plenty of clean towels available for use. The lobby bar was staffed by friendly bartenders who were attentive to the needs of the guests. The hotel lobby always smelled and looked clean, the staff there is fantastic. Overall it was a great stay.
The room was good but the hotel itself looked run down. The hallway had what appeared to be bundles of cat 5 network cabling, exposed, running along the ceiling. There were no signs excusing ongoing maintenance. The hallways were not air conditioned. They were just musty smelling . The room cleaning was done well. The bed was not very comfortable but passable. The Wi-Fi was not functioning well, surprising for a largely business hotel.
We are hosting our International Symposium at Hilto on July 27th thru 30th We are booking over 110 rooms per night and using their facilities for our events In our planning Hilton team has been very helpful and cooperative they are going out of their way to accommodate us. Thanks to Hilton team..... We are looking forward to a very successful event
Mark Hue is an absolute delight. I waited in line for ten minutes waiting to ask where the microwave is, when an unruly woman was trying to extend her stay. Her attitude was unjust, as if to make the room booking of others his fault, and they should have what she demands. He handled the situation with patience and kindness. You should be proud. I ended up leaving the line because I couldn't be around this woman. When I came back down later to ask for towels, Mark was very polite and brought me out towels I needed to bathe my kids.

Mark at the front desk was amazing. When I arrived he was very welcoming and courteous, helpful. Answered all my questions, went above and beyond. Great efforts were made, to ensure that we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It's an embarrassment to the Hilton brand and the prices are ridiculous for what should be considered a 1 star hotel at best. I'm amazed anyone who stayed here in an actual room gave it more then 1 star. First the rooms are broken down and sorely in need of repair. The one chair in the room was old, worn out and filthy. The carpet was disgusting and old. The temperature was always hot and no AC was working. The beds could barely fit 2 people and looks like mattress hadn't been replaced in 15 years. The sheets were gross and overused. The ceiling was low. No fresh air was available and our room overlooked an ugly roof with venting. The only thing decent about the hotel was lobby looked ok and breakfast was good and it had a large screen TV. Other then that the hotel rooms are disgusting.
Amazing experience at the hotel, all services in general, front desk with exceptional costumer service, room service excellent. Awesome pools , my kids enjoyed. Bar was also with excellent service Thank you Lourdes and Audi R.
Disappointing. First room was trashed. See pics. Bed , desk, wall lamp ⦠broken. They got us a new one quite quickly. The new room was OK. Many areas of hotel and hallways in disrepair (missing panels, broken doors, loose hand holds in elevator, etc.) No room service (donāt get tricked by the room service button on phone.. it rings to front desk.. they will tell you the stopped providing room service some time ago) No working ATM or any alternative way to get cash out in this hotel. (Not very handy for a Cash Only Bar event we attended onsite) Staff was nice enough. They can only do so much. Room was made up nice every day, and the hotel lounge is nice with great service.
Had ceaser salad, creamy Tuscany chicken and Ruben. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious. Definitely would eat here again!
