Everything was good about our BagelBiz experience. I did a moderately sized catering order for a sports team in town for a tournament. We needed early bagels/bagel sandwiches. The shop manager was excellent in connecting with me about the order - very friendly and efficient. The food was ready and packed at 7:15am, exactly the arranged time. I definitely recommend this place for either individual orders or catering!

Ordered Ham, egg, and chz on Plain bagel. Waited for 15mins. I spoke to the guy who took my order. He said I might have given it to someone else. It wasn't even busy. No resolution and no apologies were provided. I left the shop with unpleasant feeling.

I was watching their TikTok live and saw they're holding cooked bacon on egg flats. Those are definitely not meant to hold food and are loaded with bacteria and animal waste. This will absolutely get some very sick. The health department needs to be called immediately.

Went to this bagel store this morning with my autistic son, Women behind the counter quickly gave me an attitude. The bagel for my son was supposed to be toasted and they charge you to have the bagel toasted. The women had not toasted it and when I asked her to toast it because that’s what I had asked for she threw it right into the trash from across the room acting like a CHILD. Even my son wouldn’t act like this. Her behavior was disgusting and so unprofessional. She was heavy set, blonde, and glasses. She continued with an attitude and threw her hands in the air. So inappropriate. Don’t go here. Service is horrible.

I am there every day for a least coffee. The food is excellent, and it can be pricey depending on what you get. I hope that they consider having 2 lines (1) Food Orders, (2) Coffee Orders & Bagels only, things would move quicker. Btw, Jennifer(manager) runs that place impeccably and as though it were her own and service improves when she is at work.

My go to spot for bagels. Everything you look for in a bagel: crisp and crunchy exterior with a fluffy interior. They are always perfectly cooked and fresh. Lunch food is also solid, but I usually gravitate towards breakfast or just bagels here. Usually a long line, especially during peak hours but staff is so efficient and wait is never crazy. Can always order ahead for pickup if you can’t wait. P.S. love their branding 😃

Let's take it from the top:
1. The place is insanely expensive..$20 for turkey and swiss on a tiny bagel with a 1/2 lb. of salad is OBSCENE.
2. Customer service is nonexistent even with 6 people working the counter. No one seems to be working together & no one seems to be happy doing their job. You can literally stand in front of the register & not be helped.
3. As mentioned above, the portions are TINY..it's an insult & not justified. Why are the bagels so small????????? Why am i only getting 1 slice of cheese on my sandwich???
There are plenty of other great nearby spots that are less expensive & give you more bang for your buck (A&S, Danny's, etc.). Will not be coming back.

People have too much sympathy for small businesses. There is dead rodents inside the air ventilation. Either that or something that would smell like horrible urine. My wrap had a lot of meat for "shrinkflation" times but it was horrible quality. Dry so dry

Top 5 bagel on the Island! Always great service and great food. Today they messed up my egg sandwich for the first time ever and without hesitation they made me a completely new sandwich and even threw in a few extra bagels and an apology. This is why I pass 2 other bagel places and several delis to come here!
