I have no clue about the negative reviews but this place is top notch always fresh and always served with care you can tell when restaurants serve with quality and when they don’t. I order delivery from here all the time and it is worth every penny this is my go to breakfast spot and I am vegetarian very picky eater from their coffee to egg sandwiches everything is perfect the only complaint would be I wish they were open late lol love this place

Upon entering, the shop’s inviting decor and cheerful staff immediately set a positive tone. The seating area is clean.
However, the moment you take a bite, the reality hits: the bagels are bland, rubbery, and taste far from fresh. Toppings and spreads lack flavor, and the texture feels like they’ve been sitting around far too long. For a place that charges a premium—higher than many competitors—you’d expect top-tier ingredients and preparation. Instead, the food feels like an afterthought.

We order from them at least twice a month. One staff member gets the same Thing every time and wants ketchup. We check off ketchup. Doesn’t come. Their staff says check off extra ketchup, there isn’t any option for extra ketchup. They say put it in the notes, then they say the notes are for the driver. I called very frustrated today. Wanted to speak with a manager. Zoila came on the line, very hard to understand. I asked her name, she wanted mine, got into a pissing match with this women because she would not give me her name until I gave her mine. Nice and professional. Taking them out of our rotation for lunch spots. How many times could you not include the freakin ketchup????? It’s it that hard??????

Always the go-to for selection and fast service. Happy they expanded, and have more seating.

I ordered a small coffee and tuna fish on s garlic bagel. The food was fresh and I enjoyed it. What annoyed me was the price was $12.46. The cashier decided to keep my $0.54 cents change out of a $20. It’s not the money but the principle that she didn’t ask if I wanted the change and decided to keep it. I would have left a dollar tip, but decided not to. Just be prepared if that happens to you.

I'm distraught to write a bad review about a place I have loved over the years, but this situation was handled so poorly that I can not contain my feelings. I've been going here for years and loved the bagels and loved the service. After going week after week with my brother in law for our weekly bagel, it was appropriate to purchase a $15 gift card for his birthday. When I purchased the card, the person said that they were having problems with the cards and wanted to "make sure" everything worked so she swiped the card to show me the $15 was on the card.

Upon using the card for the first time, there was confusion saying the car was used and $9.99 was already used. 2 buttered bagels and 2 coffees cost my brother in law another $8 on top of a $15 gift card. When I went up to explain that I had purchased that card for $15 and it was the first use, even though there seemed to be an acknowledgement that there was issues with cards past, she was not going to back down. 2 bagels and 2 coffees cost us $15+8. I guess the customer is wrong and I bet it cost 50 cents to make a bagel.

Sorry but I can not go back here again. This was so mismanaged. I understand problems with computers but face to face with a known good customer being told that they were wrong is unacceptable. A simple solution should have been a wash, yet we were forced to "pay up" $23+ for 2 bagels and 2 coffees + the embarrassment is not worth going back.

Like I said, I would never write a bad review, but this one made a big impact in a bad way.

This is the best bagel place on Long Island. We travel 20 minutes each way to get their flagels! They are cooked perfectly and have tons of seeds on both sides. Bagel Market always has fresh lox and cuts it thin!

Stop by for a business trip and boy shouldn’t never stop by. First order everything bagel with eggs and beacons and they give me the wrong order??? Come on easy stuff can’t even get the order rights and then order latte and it also very blend. Will definitely not come back. Plus if eating inside be ready for your friend Mr. Fruit fly flying around your food and place is a mess, dirty!
