The owner, I forgot her name is very rude and unprofessional. The manager lady Zoila is very rude also, they have roaches everywhere walking over the salad bar and over all the food. Not clean, do not go here.

The atmosphere is good, server is pretty good, however, the bagel and coffee doesn’t match the price and the service.Smoke salmon bagel is too salty, probably because I chose the salty cream cheese too. In this case, the staff actually can give me little suggestion that smoke salmon taste better with original cream cheese, otherwise will be too salty.And I ordered the Vanilla Latte, which taste sooo bad. It’s chemical taste and I think Starbucks’ Vanilla Latte is much better than theirs.Everything in $15 is over priced

Nice and clean place, but my Nova lox toasted whole wheat bagel was super salty. I don’t know if it’s normal level of saltiness for others, but for me it was too salty. I know that lox probably makes it more salty, but I ate that combo in many other places and I know how it is supposed to taste overall.I hope that other bagel sandwiches variations they do right.

So many better bagel places in the area not worth settling for this subpar bagel place. Bagels are wimpy and expensive. Lightly toasted apparently means burnt to a charcoal brick. I normally would've said something but unfortunately I had already gotten home and didn't feel like making the trip back to the worst bagel place in NY. Place is expensive save your money and go somewhere else. There's a dozen other spots within five minutes. Never again 110 bagel cafe. Never again.

The few times I order here through Uber eats I always give direct instructions for the food that I order and they still make it wrong. They don't pay attention to the customer food notes, and the food isn't cooked through or it's overcooked, just horrible.
Always get my order wrong and charge 9 dollars for 1 egg

Met a friend there for some food. We both got egg sandwiches. I did have to have them remake mine, I have a lot of food allergies and made a very simple egg sandwich order. The guy at the register taking the order was very distracted and when it came out it had a lot of extras on it I didn't order and I couldn't chance it having any cheese or any of my other allergies as it seemed they put what I wanted on mine plus what my friend ordered in hers but onto mine. My friends order came perfect from the start. The woman that I let know about my order was very kind and understanding and they made me a new one immediately. Food was good I would come back and try it again.Dietary restrictions: As always make sure your order is correct for the dietary restrictions you have. It can happen anywhere but since it did happen here already I will be extra alert again next time.

About 8 other customers were standing by the PICK UP sign all looking quite confused and an employee calling repeatedly for order 8. This place needs to gets its act together. This is NY there are many other tasty places to go. Man-up or close-up...
