I order my food through the app and prints out exactly the right way I order it on the receipt. But then they make my food wrong anyway. The lady tried to correct it once but still didn't make the food the way i specifically ordered it.
She threw the bag of food at me. There was a bilingual person waiting in line. Who translated to her. The problem she couldn't even read the receipt or screen that showed it the same way i ordered it as well. Apparently she only speaks Spanish. She then made the order the way i ordered it. And not even an apology from her. They need to get English soeaking ppl working there.
Then to make matters worse they have ac on full blast that by the time someone sits down and takes there food out of the bag. Once they take a second bite there food is cold. Now to also mention the ceiling vents leaking water onto the floor. From the ac being on full blast. Setting up a potential fall hazard safety risk. This location just is horrible all around. They have no heat in the winter time and over do it withthe ac in the warmer weather.
They are discriminating against the customers by doing this. There actions are speaking louder then words and there actions are saying they don't want customers to sit and eat inside there establishment but they expect you to be repeat customers. I say until they decide to treat there customers with respect.
Customers should visit other near by Dunkin locations. See they say that im just talking bad about Dunkin. Because if i was i would say go down the block to Starbucks there competition. But im bot saying that im saying visit another nearby Dunkin location to where customers will be giving the respect they deserve.
Now my question is. Where is oasha in all this. Witb there ceiling vents leaking because they have the ac on full blast. It is a safety hazard.

The service was terrible, the employee attitude was awful, I tried ordering an ice cream with a waffle cone, and had to get a new one because the cone was slimy and squishy. Food tastes awful, NEVER COME HERE

They do 1 order at a time and complete that order first. There was an awful smell from the store. And the employee attitude is horrible here. I really wish the owners read this and the rest of the bad reviews and make some changes. It never used to be like that here. I wish they do make changes as it is a convenient location.

The coffee here is the worst. It's like warm dishwasher. The donuts were awful too. The jelly donuts are small and died up. It's shameful that they sell such crap. On top of this The service was slow and pathetic. I don't know why anyone would go to any DD.
Rude cashier ignored me while finishing extensive prepping (some of it could have waited!). Finally took my order and served me… a tepid hot latte.👎 In my entire life I never dreamed I’d purchase a drink for over $5 that was so bad I actually dumped it out! What a shame.

Giving this DD a one star because Ive come here for food and drinks and their drinks are horrible. Today I ordered an iced chai latte and it tasted awful. I had to leave a review because their number listed under the google business is out of service. The chai latte literally tasted like plastic. I ordered a large and barely was able to drink half of it. Very disappointing and honestly tasted so bad.
