Ordered a hot caramel cappuccino this morning. There was no foam and the coffee was piping hot so I asked for a replacement. The same thing happened again. It turns out they were using almond milk instead of regular milk which I did not ask for. Mistakes happen but the barista was being extremely rude and said I need to pay to fix my drink. The manager came out and was siding with the barista. Overall, very bad experience because of the way the staff dealt with the whole situation

I have been going to this Dunkin all the time there is this guy that is so nice and treats all his customers with much love and respect he goes above and beyond with everyone. Especially with kids and seniors and people with disabilities. I wish there was more people like him in other businesses, I recommend coming to during the afternoon times it’s the best times.

My iced macchiato was just milk with color of coffee..
They should close the drive thru if they can't response in timely manner. There are no needs to comfront the customer who waited a long time to get your response. You should instead look at your own team performance and see how you can improve the service. There are no reason with the staff you have in store can't take care two customers at a time at 6pm. This review is for the store owner.

The location is very convenient right on route 110 near the highway. One would expect it to have better service and be run better compared to the other two in the area that are more local. I bought donuts to take for work and give to my staff. Bought a dozen and should have checked before leaving the parking lot however I did not until reaching work. They were completely stale. As in a day or two old. Yet it was early morning on a Saturday. Really- selling old donuts? I would have rather they told me they have no more. I left a review via a survey and was reached out to by the "district manager" but then nobody followed up or cared. I would simply just go to one of the other locations a few minutes away.
