small portions that aren't worth the price. ordered the coconut almond bites and was charged $4 for only 1 bite.. The sandwich was ok, not very flavorful. one small drink one sandwich and one coconut ball for $20... not worth.

Even though the mobile order system was down I was still greeted with a smile and the barista was so sweet and accommodating to fulfill my order even when they were having complications with their system. The iced blue dream latte was literally heaven on earth and my boyfriend’s biscotti iced latte was everything he wanted and more. The delicate detail that went into these lattes were incredible not only were they delicious but also so esthetically pleasing to look at. I will definitely be back for my daily caffeine fix since their app is so easy to use and navigate. I am definitely a gregular for sure!

Their coffee is not good and not with the price. If it was cheap, it’s a different story. Hold this chain accountable. The only thing nice about this location is ample seating and parking. Maybe their original 1-2 locations in NYC were decent and they lost their way.
The ratios for their espresso drinks are completely off.. too much milk, probably intentional to cover up the bitter/acidic espresso. A cappuccino or a flat white in a 12oz?? A 16oz latte?? Your drinks taste like straight up milk but have a bitter aftertaste that lingers. Conflicted to say their coffee is even a step above Dunkin. Might as well go to Starbucks. Better just make your coffee at home.
