Our go to place. That says it all Tommy and associates have the right formula to make us feel like family.

Food is excellent. Service is always fantastic. Restaurant gets a little loud, but not really a big issue for a Saturday night. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

All around fantastic experience. Food and service was phenomenal. Seafood was fresh and elegantly presented. Pasta dishes, especially the special crumbled sausage, fusilli, asparagus with wine sauce was delicious. Cannot recommend enough.

We had another excellent meal at La Pizza in Melville. This time we had Pablo as our waiter and he was fantastic! He was very attentive to our every need and made sure everything was just as we wanted. We had some allergies and special orders and he was careful to make certain it was all correct, delicious and came out quickly. We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent meal at the La Piazza in Melville. While the food was delicious, our experience was excellent due to our wonderful waiter Angel who was attentive, caring and got everything right considering our food allergies . We felt extremely taken care of and in good hands We sat outdoors which was very enjoyable as well. We will definitely be back and ask for Angel!

Everything was great except one thing that rubbed me the wrong way. I ordered a Woodford Reserve on the rocks. I was charged $18.50 for less than half a glass with a large ice cube(basically one shot). They added $2 surcharge for the ice cube and said something about the extra amount of liquor needed. Made absolutely no sense. Will never order whiskey here again. I really like La Piazza but this didn't sit well with me.

I’d been driving past this restaurant for 14 years while living on Long Island and always wanted to try it, but never got around to it while living on the island. But tonight, when visiting a dear friend in the area; I suggested it and they had said that they’d actually been there once before for dinner years ago and had a pleasant experience. And so, tonight was just that; great atmosphere, awesome espresso-martini, delicious food from start to finish, stellar staff/service and tasty dessert! Will definitely be back when visiting the island when I want a solid meal, in a comfortable, but still aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Our waiter Josh was a pleasure from start to finish; hope he’s feeling better after having to leave early for the evening after becoming ill! I’ll/we’ll definitely be back in the future!

The food was very good. One of favorite salads is the Pecan Salad. Had pasta primavera which was good and my friend had penne alla Norma also very good.

I really enjoyed eating at La Piazza and was attended by a young gentleman. He gave excellent recommendations for food and drinks, and everything was outstanding. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service made the experience even better. Definitely Recommend!!

I came in today to sit outside and enjoy some Calamari as I usually do. I sat there for 28 minutes without a server coming to my table. One of the food runners brought water and bread. They also kept coming out to give the next table their check, take the payment, and clear the table. They ignored me the entire time. Crazy.

As I was leaving, I let the hostess know. She apologized but didn’t get the manager, owner, nothing. So I left. Never again.

We had a nice experience at La Piazza. The service was excellent — our waitress was very attentive and made us feel well taken care of. The stuffed mushrooms and Chicken Francese were both very good, and the sea bass special had great flavor (extremely oily ). The Margherita pizza and wild mushroom tagliatelle pasta (takeout) were just okay, and the pizza dessert was fine.

Overall, great service and a few standout dishes — we’d come back to try more from the menu!

Always great food and service the best in consistent! Our family has been a loyal customer since the open. Recently my daughter moved to London and when she come back we insist on eating at La Piazza!
