Would not sell for this company. They do not take your child's safety into consideration and their selection is unimpressive. Items are generally really cheap quality but I was still willing to make many sales for my child in effort to help their school & help them win a few prizes.However, when I went to edit his personal link/website, I was unable to remove my child's school name on the header of the page despite being able to remove it out of the personalized content.I reached out to Miss Chocolate and expressed concern about this and mentioned that other parents disliked this as well. In 2023 and with everything going on, privacy is extremely important.. especially when it comes to our child and a link is public for all to see and out on the internet forever. There's absolutely no reason there shouldn't be a way to just delete the school name off the website.The VP replied in a very nasty and combative manner to me and, instead of trying to help, tried to berate me and say I'm the ONLY person who has ever "complained" about this and that they're doing just fine, etc. I mean this guy just went on and on. It was extremely unprofessional. At worst, he could have just replied with "Sorry, we do not have that option at this time but I'll forward this to our ABC department..etc" .. but instead chose to write an entire essay about how wrong and outrageous I was and ended the email very smugly.For this reason, I threw the catalog away and I will not participate in fundraising with this company. Their items and service was always subpar but this took the cake for me. Other parents do not like the advertisement of their child's specific school on the website link either but apparently this was such an awful inquiry on my end and ultimately their goal is to argue with fundraisers/customers vs. just taking a small moment to have IT fix something extraordinarily simple and give the parents the option to maintain their child's privacy online.I'll be finding other fundraising companies and going in all local groups/school groups to suggest to the schools they go with a new fundraising company that's better overall.

Delicious chocolates! This place was used as a fundraiser at my school and we ordered some caramel peanut clusters chocolates for my dad and I got chocolate chip cookie. At my school I picked it up and at home when I opened it, my dad enjoyed the caramel and my chocolate chip cookie was good cookie dough already well made. Baked it and enjoyed my sweet treats!

So we ordered on my brothers form. We were trying to get the rest of our items because we only got the chocolate and we ordered stuff that came out to more than 100 dollars. I'm only writing this because the person I've been trying to contact hasn't been answering me and it's been 4 months almost 5 since their last response. I also ordered almost a year ago. This seems unfair and totally unprofessional

We'll let me preface this by saying - I've never been to this location but My husband bought a box of their pre- portioned Chocolate Chip Cookie dough from a co-worker( probably selling them @ work for his kiddo) So my experience w/ Ms. C picks up from this point. These are convenient, bake up just right & they're YUMMY! I didn't have a fundraiser but I reached out on the website & asked if I could purchase another box anyway. They actually sent a tub ( photo)instead of the box so I reached to them. So glad I did. Customer service is superb- shipping & delivery was quick & easy. I highly recommend A visit to their website , they were very helpful. This one's a keeper Yelpers

This place was used for a fundraiser for my kids school. Literally 100% of items ordered for friends and family via the fundraiser were not the items ordered. This place is a mess. Your better off setting up some sort of fundraiser with a Costco catalog or something with a more quality company. Maybe they were good at one point, but that was probably well before the internet. Make it make sense lol. Anyway, it’s a hard No. I hate leaving negative stuff but it’s a warning to others. It’s not worth it.

I bought the set of glass bowls or containers with lids. They arrived on time.But when I started using it, two of the bowls could not be closed. The lids did not fit them. There area 4 in a set, and 2 cannot be closed. What is the point of having a container with no lid???? There is no place anywhere for me to talk to or email customer service.

Larry Brown has always helped us and he is wonderful! During our Holiday Shoppe he even came out to make sure everything was perfect. He always responds quickly whenever we have questions and we really appreciate his professionalism. Great service makes us love Miss Chocolate even more. This is the fundraiser that my kids look forward to the most!
