Yup,It really is closed!!?!No sign or explanation so not clear if they will ever reopen.Substitute location is down the street (DeliWorx) but unlike News Stand there is no seating, it is takeout only.

I ordered a wrap which was listed on their board. The sign says the wrap is $10.99. The guy marks it $11.99. I tell him it's marked wrong. He said no, all wraps and panini's are $11.99. I say, the sign says it's the right price for a panini but not a wrap. He said the price is $11.99. I walk up to the register and a bald male come out of the office and says "I don't know what sign you're looking it but it's $11.99". I say, come look at the sign and he says I don't care, it's $11.99. Needless to say I walked out without the sandwich. While the $1.00 doesn't make a difference. The principle does. Don't rip off your customers by charging more than the price listed. This is also false advertising. Too many other delis that are better anyway. Never again.

I have enjoyed this deli for years. Not a regular customer but would eat whenever in the area. When my coworker and I were getting breakfast around 8am we saw a dead cockroach on the counter. My coworker who used the bathroom informed me there were several dead cockroaches in the urinal. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

They're quick and prices are good, however, there are no newspapers despite the namesake. Whomever designed the store placed an emphasis on corny prints for wallpaper. They should just call the place "deli"

I went in at 10:30 today and I was hoping to find a copy of todays news as I'm about an hour early getting to the neighborhood for work, where I noticed that it's nowhere to be found! When I asked the cashier I received a nasty attitude and was told they don't have it. Surprised as I was I bought my protein shake and left a tip in the jar(I'm not a monster) other than the service from the one employee and the misleading name I found the store to have everything else I could've been looking for as well as an ambiance I could truly appreciate eating in.

Two of us stopped in for lunch on Wednesday @ 1:00PM. Place was busy with counter help rushing through the orders.We ordered a Manhattan sandwich, a Reuben Bro sandwich, and an order of french fries. Made sure that we ordered the fries by asking twice for an order of fries. Sandwiches were done in a few minutes, but we patiently waited at the deli counter for our order of french fries. @ 10 minutes later as our hot sandwiches are now becoming cold, we inquire about our missing order of french fries. We are told the fries order was never started and that it would take a few minutes to cook them. (Thanks for the timely response). OK not wasting any more time for a second request for fries. We pick up a bag of chips to replace the elusive fries and a large fountain lemonade. The lemonade was watery and tasteless. Guess that's our fault for not sampling the drink before purchasing.Paid for the order with a debit card. Waited for the cashier to print my receipt. The frown the cashier made when I asked for a receipt was priceless! The Manhattan sandwich was very chewy and the Reuben Bro just so-so.After seating and eating our incomplete lunch, I notice that a 3% fee was attached as a Non-Cash-Charge. There was no visible notice that a non-cash fee would be added.Lesson learned. Screw me once, that's on the deli. Screw me twice, then that's on me. If your in the Melville area looking for a nice lunch, don't stop here.

Excellent deli. Wide variety of foods. Pizza, burgers, usual sandwiches and some specialty ones, great breakfast items.

On my way to work stopped in for the first time for breakfast. Place is huge and clean, service was fast and polite. Food was delicious prices are fare for the quality of the food. The lunch sandwiches looked delicious definitely want to stop by for lunch soon.
It was a perfect experience I got a hot dish of pork, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, and carrots. It was pretty good. Large eating area, friendly staff.

I highly suggest to this establishment to update your operating hours. Haven't been to this deli since the pandemic began so I thought I'd try it out again. As I pulled into the parking lot, some guy who just left the place made an effort to get my attention to let me know they were closed. I asked what time did they close and he said 2:45pm (it was 2:50pm when I pulled in). Looked at three other websites including the actual restaurant site and saw either 3pm or 4:30pm as the closing time, nothing about 2:45pm which is an odd time to close. Most likely the staff just cleaned the place and didn't want to have to re-clean any kitchen equipment or tables. Wasn't even planning on dining in. Guess I won't bother again.

I have been here twice. I went at lunchtime w ppl from work. I got a chopped salad. The salads are really amazing, filling, delicious. Lots of toppings like beans, real bacon pieces, chopped eggs. We all chose different proteins and all liked what we got: breaded chicken cutlet or turkey burger or egg salad. U can also get deli meat like turkey slices or salami. They put a lot of dressing on, which I appreciated (u can get dressing on the side too). It was very filling and delicious, the price was not too much. The cashier was friendly. My friends say the soup is good here too, I will try next time. Very spacious place, clean.

I was planning to have a lunch delivered to my 96 year old dad and 96 year old mom , but my dad decided to go see for himself what they had. He picked up some sausage and peppers and eggplant parmigian. He was wild about the food and plans to start going there often. Up until now it has been pizza and Mc D hamburgers. I am so happy he will now be eating real food that he loves. He said, " I cant believe how good it is, out of this world".

Best deli on 110. Their food is always fresh and delicious. They literally have anything that your craving. 10 ⭐'s for their sports illustrated sandwich (that's myfav) Customer service is great. The dinning room is huge and its always clean. Joe the delivery driver is amazing, he calls me right before he gets to my store.
